The location is primary close to all relevant attractions though may not be suitable for elderly with reduced mobility as sultan ahmed mosque is 20 mins on tram. It is value for money, with good wifi connection, excellent cleaning house staff, cooperative reception. The breakfast is decent with some variety and roof top view of city. The variety could be enhanced as same breakfast served every day. Overall, I enjoyed the stay but since I checked out 2 days early the hotel did not reimburse me for early check out so felt little disappointed. I feel there may be better options out there so may not decide to come back to this hotel again.

The size of the room is relatively small and the service is low. There is no electric kettle

Close to metro, as its just a few stops from Blue Mosque etc....or 30min walk there. The rooms were very clean. Shop 2 doors down. Staff helpful with getting taxis etc. Good view from 8th floor where u have breakfast. Cafe up street good for occasional meal too. Older styled hotel but well maintained..lots hot water and A/C

From time to time there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. I kept the door closed with the extractor turned on. Shocking noise of the hairdryer but it did the job.

The bathrooms needs some repairs, plus the young woman at the breakfast was friendly but the older one not so much.

The AC in the room did not work, had to keep the window open which was noisy during the night.

Hotel is located very close to metro station. also walking distance to some main attractions. lots of restaurants and shops in the Neiborhood. it can be little noisy due to the street traffic and rooms are not very well isolated. Very small swimming pool but it was clean and fresh. when you go to the spa area, be VERY careful, the elevator celling opening to the spa area is very low and if you are tall, you can hit yourself. Breakfast was good.

While the room was a bit small, it was still comfortable and well-maintained. The facilities were satisfactory, although there is room for improvement. The breakfast offered was decent, although I believe there's potential to enhance the variety and quality of options available.

Overall, my experience at this hotel in Istanbul was quite positive. The staff members were excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. What stood out to me was the peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat after a busy day exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic, situated conveniently close to both the metro station and various shopping areas, making it easy to navigate and explore the city.

The room we were given was noisy and extremely hot and we couldn't put the radiator off. The second room for the other two nights we had were 2 single beds instead of a double bed. Rooms are small and cosy.

The staff are really helpful. Average breakfast.
