Elevators are way too small. Family of 3 with 3 suitcases can't comfortably fit into one elevator in a single trip. My daughter was in the hotel room for 15 minutes while I went to the nearby store. She went to the balcony to see the view and take pictures, and the door shut down behind her so she couldn't re-enter back into the room. She freaked out badly as I wasn't in the room to let her in. Luckily, she was able to call me, so I rushed back to open the door for her. The bathroom is a bit uncomfortable and cheaply made. Water filled up to my ankle while I was in the shower, so I had to cut it short so as not to have it flooded. While my daughter was lying down and resting, she felt water drop from the seieling dropping on her. We ended up switching rooms.

We loved the pool, the free parking, breakfast was great and staff was friendly Overall, great atmosphere, clean place and inviting hotel entrance. Not too far from various touristic spots.

Not a lot of choises for dinner, breakfast always the same, pay extra for beer and ice tea at dinner time. When you ad up the extra expences for drinks and lunch it was not cheap hotel, you can get all-in for the same price somewhere else For the price we paid it should have been al in. Very loud traffic day and night! No entertainment and did not see fittnes aria A lot off staff did not speak English, but still very friendly and helpfull +- 15 minutes walk to the beach, or take taxi

food was very good and refilled when needed, friendly staff, good airco and clean rooms and towels daily and good wifi! Beautifull big park near the hotel, nice swimming pool and we could also swim in the evening witch was nice! Towels provided at the pool and you can order drinks or lunch from staff , they will bring it to you or you go to the nearby containers to get some food. (pay extra)

I had booked a room for 2 people but on their end it was only one person. They confirmed that they had had this issue before with Booking.com but I was still expected to pay more to get access to the room instead of them accommodating when the fault was on theirs. Unfortunately because of the time of night and my elderly father being with me I had to pay the extra amount to get the room. They provided no tourist information, no information leaflet or even advice on what area was nice to visit or how best to travel to certain places. They literally said ‘I don’t know’ to everything. They were extremely unhelpful! The only good thing about this place was that a few of the staff were very nice - such as Ayla and Ali who always had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make our stay better.

I’ve booked 2 nights and change to 1 nights before we get there and thery didn’t cancel one night! This hotel is very old, the shower liking water. Very bad isolation we couldn’t sleep because you heard  the cars engine al night. And much more…..

Room cleans were awful. We went for 10 nights. On several occasions we were left no loo paper and had to ask for it. On 2 occasions the room was not cleaned and we had to request it. Staff are friendly, but many have little or no English. The shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom. Had to ask twice to be fixed. Air conditioning wasn’t working on our first night. Guy came to fix it, and told us to leave it running, but it continued to blow hot air all night.

The pool is amazing. Food is good. Location is good.

Wifi a bit slow and hard to connect to sometimes so had to buy a sim card to use data for work

The staff were brilliant especially the lifeguard. He was a lovely boy and got along really well through translate, all other staff make you feel welcome and make an effort. Also the Saturday night party they have at the pool.

Location need taxi all the time Should have free transfer to city Nothing around the hotel built on edge of highway overlooking...food takes time to come if you order from them very pricey n drinks be aware when going with kids especially no one cares at hotel especially staff .this hotel ideal for adults not for family with children. Lift small be aware this hotel don't cater for children staff are rude english speaking staff needed...outsider people allowed to swim in pool if the come to drink but people staying they have cut off time for them they say chemical in pool not allowed I experience this personally 1/9/2023 security favour their own people!!

Very nice and spacious rooms and large dining area. Very helpful staff. Very large outside swimming pool plenty space to enjoy. Beautiful location near the beach and shopping mall close by.

Housekeeping is so bad Rooms are not clean and the restroom Maintenance is so bad At the end the nintendo switch cover with 8 games inside were stolen from room which door we weren’t not able to open and they didn’t fix until night , they were able ro go inside the room but they didn’t fix the key until night, something fishy until we noticed that the nintendo switch cover and games were missing Breakfast is always the same during all our stay Staff can’t communicate properly with visitors as they are lacking communication in foreign ( english) language

Staff English is not good they are strangling to understand. The Manger don't Know the Important of emergency kit in hotel unfortunately, first night about 11 pm my hand is bleed by sharp steal pleat of tissue paper holder, on reception disk their is manger i request for medical kit he said we don't have any medical kit i told how impotent kit should be in hotel all the time , last holiday night my sun have bled badly on several pleases on arms legs and badly with shaver glass slider is brook. again I am phone and run to reception request their is no medical kit again,manger not very about my sun but he trey by staff for shaver glass money.

Lift was not good very old, there were no blankets in the room, door lock problem

We faced issues from 1st days, our room had issue in door lock, then we changed the room. and some of there front view rooms have no swimming view or landscaping view. Overall it's high price property for it's value. they have to work on staff and property.
