The kitchen staff and the reception , they are very helpful

Beautiful sea view, clean room, delicious breakfast and the balcony with sea view is very beautiful during breakfast, good internet, I thank the reception staff for their good reception and help in providing us with transportation to and from the airport, close to Sultan Ahmed station, Hagia Sophia Mosque and heritage and historical landmarks

The room is clean, the breakfast is excellent on the balcony overlooking the sea, the reception was nice and the reception staff were helpful, the hotel is in the city center, close to Sultan Ahmed Mosque, Hagia Sophia Mosque and the archaeological museums as well and the metro is very close

In the city center, near Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed Mosque, and very close to the city tram station which makes your transportation easy, the airport transfer service was a unique experience, thanks to the reception staff for taking care of us, the breakfast is very good with a very beautiful view of the sea, the room is clean, there is comfort in this location as it is a tourist area par excellence and a very quiet place, suitable for families I recommend it

The location is very special the metro and tourist places are close to the hotel before our arrival we asked the receptionist to request a means of transportation to and from the airport it was a wonderful experience the reception was very good and warm, the room had a sea view and was clean the breakfast was very good and was on the hotel balcony

It was really close to Haga Sophia and had a sea view. It was relatively clean. The room was big enough for me. Breakfast was not bad but small, so if you’re a man or like to eat a lot for breakfast it will be not enough. Wifi was okay.

I don’t know, why this hotel has such a high rating. In my opinion not worth the money. The AC in my room was just above my head when going to sleep, so it was blowing straight to my face. The room was on third floor and the stairs are very narrow so it is hard to walk up and down (there is no elevator). Staff doesn’t know English and was not very helpfull, when I had problem with my bank card(hoping for help from front desk) and was trying to explain to the reception guy, he understood only the word “ATM” and started to tell me where is nearest one. When I asked (through translator) if he can let me call the bank from the hotel he didn’t agree. There was also problem after I checked out and wanted to leave the luggage for some time, at first the guy agreed but later he started messaging me to come back and take the bags “because it is not allowed to leave bags at the hotel”. First day I came very late for breakfast but still before it finished and I could see there was a problem because I came late, it didn’t feel very nice. The hotel is located on very “busy” street, it is loud in the room even at night. There are lots of restaurants and shops on the street and every time I was going out they were bothering me to come and eat at their place - simple “no” is not answer for them, so if you don’t want to be bothered every rime you entering or exiting your hotel this one is not for you. And finally, something was biting me in the room - I am still hoping these were not bedbugs. Oh, and the curtains were white and thin, so the sun was coming through easily, not making the room darker.

The reception was warm the staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was delicious with a balcony overlooking the sea the location is in a heritage area close to the metro museums and Hagia Sophia Mosque ❤️

The location is excellent.

It is a four storey hotel has no lift but very steep and narrow flight stairs.

As a female solo traveller in Istanbul I enjoyed my stay. I felt absolutely safe! The owner arranged luxury transfer to and from the airport for me. The single room was clean and I found the bed and pillows comfortable. There is a supermarket downstairs with all the little things you may need at reasonable prices. Breakfast was also good for me as it is the things I would usually eat for breakfast. The location of the hotel is great it is walking distance to main attractions and many restaurants on the street of the hotel. Istanbul is one of the best cities I have been to thus far and I loved the attractions, the food and history behind everything. Will be back! Thank you Serif and thank you to your team.

Just the room space was a bit small and no lifts but as a single person I did not mind this. The bathroom sink cupboard was broken but still functional and they did point this out to me on arrival. It worked fine throughout my stay.
