Air con was intermittent throughout the evening and night. Set at a Baltic 18°C, the room was still at 30°C at 7am when the temp outside was 26°C!

Close to the center of town and easy to locate and get to by car. Pleasant staff and one particular who helped park the car in a very tight carpark. Good value.

Room was hot and stuffy, couldn’t keep air con on even when popping out for a few minutes. Shower head was not fixed so if you had the water on too hard it would not stay in place. Bed was hard and bedding was inadequate.

Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. Small carpark at back of the hotel was handy (I think it works on first in first served basis)

poor choices for breackfast there is no ventilation in the bathroom ,all bad smells comes inside the room the sewage is bad for the shower ,flooding all time the AC doesn.t work unless leave the door key card on the patch.

Hotel Helen was just what we needed for our one night stay. The staff made our stay easy and flexible for the tour of Gallipoli that we were doing. It is not a 5 star hotel but we knew that and were satisfied with what it provided.

Noisy!! So noisy. The window wouldn’t close properly on the first night, and even when it did the noise of the traffic was horrendous as it’s located on the main road.

Clean and comfortable and in a good location, staff were friendly.

Some staff just didn’t know how to smile. Also on the day we left our cases were stored in an unlocked cupboard and no receipt given for the number of cases. Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but the room smelled of smoke but this was resolved by spraying air freshener on the curtains.

Location and price were great. Food in the restaurant was very limited, very little fruit and no yogurt?

I can't think of anything negative.

The hotel is in a great location very near the waterfront - close to the ferry and plenty of restaurants. We were able to park in their car park around the back, which was very convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was good, nothing outstanding but comfortable enough. There was a buffet breakfast with a good selection.

I have some reservations about the cleanliness.

The hotel is very well located and has a convenient parking lot. Overall I recommend it for a short visit to Canakkale.

Very firm beds which some people may not like. Shower water temperature could be a little warmer.

Fantastic location close to Ferry Docks and Promenade with excellent restaurants. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and sites They all spoke very good English as well. Rooms and hotel amenities were as posted on Bookings' Site. Rooms are clean and breakfast was plentiful with great variety. Highly recommend. Great Value!

A great buffe breakfast with a good variety to choose from. Excellent location. Easy to get to via public transport. Right on the waterfront with excellent shopping and dining at te doorstep.

A deep clean wouldn’t go amiss - the bathrooms could do with a deep clean as could the breakfast area and water cooler upstairs Pillows were quite lumpy Our bathroom had no fan just a window to outside so the bathroom got very hot (was 40degree days) and smelt like stale cigarettes No safe in the room

Location was great , right next to the ferry across to Gallipoli and next to lots of waterfront restaurants and shops etc around the corner Good air conditioning in the rooms

Superb location right next to the ferry terminal and the harbour. Very close to the Trojan horse statue and all restaurants and bars, but not noisy at night. Hotel parking available.
