Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PortugalWhen you stay in the hotel only certain dishes from the menu are included for you in your breakfast, but they still bring you the whole menu all the time. There is no shade on the sea-shore (there’s no sand beach there) Hotel doesn’t provide beach towels.
Super quiet! Everything is made really well - starting from the equipment in the room, to an amazing pool, great gym, fantastic wifi everywhere

BelgiumThere is still a bit of improvement can be done. Some of the facilities were not explained in all details. You need to figure some things out by asking. This is not a big negative point. It is just stealing from that luxury feeling. The room could have had a bath.
The hotel is located in a secluded area which makes it very calm and peaceful. The rooms are great and big enough. The bed was feeling like sleeping over clouds. If you want to have a morning coffee the terrace of the room was big and the view was really nice. I cannot share enough compliments about the gym that is located in the hotel. The team was helpful and made the stay enjoyable.

ItalyA perfect place for someone who both loves to relax and play sports. There are not many resorts with an olympic size pool, tennis courts and a private beach. The room was clean and confortable and the staff (both at the hotel and restaurant) was super kind and well prepared. I wish we could have stayed a couple of days more.

United KingdomFacilities quite far apart so buggy is needed (€100 a day a little expensive). Larger selection of tea and coffee in room would improve experience :)
Very attentive and helpful staff (in particular Evrim who made our stay very enjoyable). Hotel rooms large, clean and modern. Gardens, pool and beach were lovely, restaurant food and drinks were excellent although a little expensive. Would definitely return when pool facilities fully complete

United StatesThe operating hours during low season were from morning until 5pm, which mean anything after 5pm had to be communicated with WhatsApp; in addition, a bit surprised that the sauna would cost 40 euros to use despite it being an amenity—wish that would be upfront about costs as many full service hotels don’t charge to use sauna. The room only had a kettle, sugar, and glasses. There was no coffee, tea, or mugs, which I found peculiar—but not a dealbreaker. If you are self reliant and like to do things your own, this place is for you in the low season.
The customer service is absolutely fantastic, everyone was so kind and always communicated well, they also called the local Chios ferry to inquire about times, the people go really over and beyond; the heated bathroom floors were a nice touch and the rooms were modern and clean. Gym had all the right equipment as well, and there is a lovely dock where you can swim in the turquoise waters effortlessly.

FranceAs someone who stayed at your hotel, we truly appreciate the cleanliness and the friendly and solution-oriented attitude of the staff. The rooms are spacious, bright, and surrounded by greenery. Upon our arrival, the receptionists accompanied us to our rooms, fulfilling every request we had regarding room placement. The meals and drinks, along with the bartenders' special cocktails, provided a fantastic experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is incredibly tranquil, allowing guests to enjoy their breakfast while overlooking the sea from their tables. The hotel is also remarkably peaceful and serene. Situated on a large area, there is an opportunity for a long nature walk from your room to the restaurant area. During this walk, you are accompanied by various flowers and bird songs. There is also a wooden playground by the poolside for children, which my daughter particularly enjoyed. I can confidently say that we will choose this hotel for our next vacation as well.

British Virgin IslandsWe had a very enjoyable and comfortable holiday, and we didn't want to leave the hotel. We came with a large group of friends and arranged our transportation by contacting the hotel in advance, using their own transfer vehicles for pick-up and return from the airport. We were also very pleased with the transfer service. If you are looking for a place with plenty of oxygen, greenery, and a fantastic natural setting, I highly recommend it. The concept was bed and breakfast, and we were very satisfied with the meals in the restaurant and the service we received. The service was fast and friendly, and all the staff were highly professional and hospitable. As a large group of friends, we stayed at the hotel and made good use of the 3 professional tennis courts and paddle courts. Our holiday was quite satisfying, and I recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to come.

British Virgin IslandsWe had an exceptional holiday experience. The surroundings are lush green, creating a natura marvel. We took morning walks within the facility, and it was incredibly serene. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff's warm smiles welcomed us, creating a consistently genuine atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the meals served in the restaurant; everything was more than satisfactory for us. We felt very comfortable as a family and highly recommend this experience to everyone. Note: The bars and cocktails were truly successful. I especially recommend the cocktail called "Rabbit Like" to everyone.

KazakhstanIt is not a hotel, it is a living compound therefore services was not like common hotel services. No towel at the pool, swimming possible but no beach, you have to find someone always to ask for something.
