Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. LibyaExtremely stay Again I stayed at Vernazza Hotel last year in August 2024 for seven nights, and this time I returned for two full weeks. Once again, I was very happy with my stay. The staff were outstanding (Especially Ere)– extremely helpful and responsive. I truly appreciate their efforts and want to thank them for continuing their great work. The location is another big plus – very central and close to everything: shopping areas, restaurants, and the metro station. The rooms were also spacious and wide, which made the stay even more comfortable. For the price, it’s unbeatable – you really can’t compare it to other hotels in the same range. Overall, my stay was very satisfying and enjoyable. Just a minor note: the hotel could use some maintenance and refurbishing in the future. But honestly, that didn’t affect my experience. Without a doubt, this won’t be my last time. Whenever I come to Istanbul, I will stay at the Bernadza Hotel.

TurkeyYou need to order the breakfast and fix the time, otherwise if you go to eat your breakfast without informing them you have to wait for 20 minutes at least. The hotel is old and not as clean as the hotels in Istanbul but the staff are helpful and they try their best to keep everything organized. I was very busy during my trip to Istanbul and I only stayed there for sleeping at night. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. If you are searching for a luxury hotel this is definitely not yours however if you need a place to stay at night during the busy days out, this would work for you

United KingdomFirstly the staff at Vernazza Suites are friendly and helpful. There is limited English spoken, but enough. I stayed for four weeks as I had a project in Istanbul and the price was extremely good for that time. Breakfast was included, but it is basic and the same each day. Tea only. Interestingly they have a thriving lunch time trade with local office workers. The location is excellent in Şişli, with nearby access to the Metro and the Cevahir shopping centre (Migros is the supermarket you want, and it’s in here too). At the back corner of Cevahir is Plus Fitness gym. I joined for a month at half the price of the local prime hotels. Buy an Istanbul Kart (a card available at the metro stations - 130tl and then preload for 20tl for any journey - metro, ferry, tram, public conveniences 3tl) Old Istanbul just 4 stops south on the M2 from Şişli in front of Cevahir. The apartment was large and with a kitchen, but no utensils. These are very cheap to buy in local stores. Now for the less good bit - the hotel rooms are very run down and clearly unloved. They badly need updating, but I guess that is not going to happen. Carpets, wallpaper etc are tired. The bedding and towels are perfectly clean and reassuring. The cleaning staff do what they can, but I suspect it is hard for them to be motivated when management are clearly not investing. For me, as someone who is adaptable it was adequate. If you are staying for just one or two nights, or if you need things just right - it probably isn’t for you. So, I stayed there for a reason and it fulfilled my requirements. You will make your own judgement, and hopefully my review explains the conflicting reviews elsewhere and gives the whole picture.

Vernazza Penthouse is the best choice for accommodation at the core of the heart in Istanbul. It is really enormous, the beds are very comfortable and the location is top!

Saint Kitts and NevisThe apartment lack cooking utensils and electric kettle to make a tea , the decoration isn’t that good and the bedroom needs some light . The room in general needs fine touches of renovations .
The location is super, the staff are good but unfortunately can’t speak English except the morning shift receptionist who is really good man and very helpful . The value of paying money for such place is really great . Thank you Vernazza people .

SerbiaSome damage was obvious in the room, such as broken curtain and damage on the bedroom walls. Also sheets in the bedroom were with 2 holes in them. The location is a bit complicated if using taxy.
The rooms are acctually suits, so there is a separate bedroom. Amazing comfort, big bathroom. The hotel has full soundproof walls, so true rest is possible.

The location of the hotel is very close to the center (considering the size of Istanbul) - 15 minutes by bus. You get all the required infrastructure nearby. The breakfast was nice, nothing special, just a platter with a mix of everything. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

United StatesHowever, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options. The menu was the same every day with no variety, and the portion sizes were quite small. It would have been nice to have more choices and perhaps some juice options.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at your property. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the suites were clean and comfortable.
