I had a wonderful experience during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel welcome. They were extremely polite, friendly, and very cooperative with everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and they were always ready to answer my questions with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness really made my stay more enjoyable

Some stuff in the room needs maintenance and repair to work better

Extremely stay Again I stayed at Vernazza Hotel last year in August 2024 for seven nights, and this time I returned for two full weeks. Once again, I was very happy with my stay. The staff were outstanding (Especially Ere)– extremely helpful and responsive. I truly appreciate their efforts and want to thank them for continuing their great work. The location is another big plus – very central and close to everything: shopping areas, restaurants, and the metro station. The rooms were also spacious and wide, which made the stay even more comfortable. For the price, it’s unbeatable – you really can’t compare it to other hotels in the same range. Overall, my stay was very satisfying and enjoyable. Just a minor note: the hotel could use some maintenance and refurbishing in the future. But honestly, that didn’t affect my experience. Without a doubt, this won’t be my last time. Whenever I come to Istanbul, I will stay at the Bernadza Hotel.

Location was perfect beside all facilities and transportation services .staff were very friendly and helpful .

May be some renovations in the toilets will add more to the place . Exgend the food service time to after midnight will help also.

The location is great and the value of the property is cheaper compared with the other hotels

You need to order the breakfast and fix the time, otherwise if you go to eat your breakfast without informing them you have to wait for 20 minutes at least. The hotel is old and not as clean as the hotels in Istanbul but the staff are helpful and they try their best to keep everything organized. I was very busy during my trip to Istanbul and I only stayed there for sleeping at night. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. If you are searching for a luxury hotel this is definitely not yours however if you need a place to stay at night during the busy days out, this would work for you

The room was bigger than I expected. It was clean and I love the hotel staff. Everything was great. This is the best hotel I've stayed in so far. It is near transportation.

The staff is exceptional and very helpful. They offered another room because the electronic key of the first one was broken, brought breakfast to the room, and allowed me to check out later.
