A la carte restaurants were 5 out of 10, service and meal prep vise. main restaurant menu can and should be diversified. we stayed for over 10 days and having same food everyday day by day, sometimes lunch and dinner exactly the same. We were not thrilled by it lets say. and it is one of main reasons we are not considering going back to this hotel.
Cleaning could have been better for a five star hotel. sometimes we had to remind them few times to clean our room throughout the day. We stayed for over 10 days, 7 days prior to booking.com reservation we reserved it through an agency.

We loved our stay at Jiva Beach. Before we arrived at the hotel, we received regular communication from Guest Relations asking if we needed anything. A special shoutout to Derya who went out of her way to make sure our stay was very special. From the moment we entered the resort, we were greeted by friendly staff and a delicious glass of homemade lemonade. We received a free room upgrade and our room was decorated as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. A bottle of wine and some chocolates were left for us to enjoy. The food was delicious with great variety throughout the day. We loved our four days at Jiva Beach and hope to return soon.

United KingdomHonestly, there is nothing that did not impress. The five minutes limit for the arrival of a taxi/cab was even lowered to two minutes.
The question should rather be what don’t you like about the property? It is a property set in a most natural environment and highlights an ambience that provides high-end facilities with customer-centric state of the art designs; swim-up rooms, inter-connected restaurants with out-door entertainment spaces, multi purpose-built pools, etc. The Resort is home away from home.

United KingdomAs soon as we got the to resort we were promptly upgraded to a honeymoon suite. The room was incredible! The pools were perfect, and the bars were always available and easy to order from. The staff were so lovely and helped with any request we had making us feel so welcome and comfortable. The food was delicious! We were particularly happy with the variety of food on display. The many facilities and activities available meant we never got bored and were always entertained. It was my birthday, and without even telling the staff, they surprised me by decorating our room and gifting us wine and deserts. It was so amazing! We very much plan on coming back next year!

The experience was customer oriented from the start. We had the cot and baby bath ready on arrival (with 2 duckies). The room allocated was very close to the amphitheatre and due to our baby we requested a room further away. We were given 418 which is a bit larger than the standard family suite and is the furtherest away from the loud entertainment and 20 metres from the beach.

This is the best resort ever , hence my 7th visit . I kindly received a free upgrade too . The drinks are first class and the food is excellent. The live music and entertainment in the amphitheatre are the best . Cannot fault thus hotel or it's wonderful staff . Every year they have made improvements or added extra facilities.
