Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomHotel overbooks - mess you about when you get there putting you in other rooms. Not acceptable when you've paid for a much more expensive suite room. Being messed about with small children at midnight isn't fun especially when the resort is massive. I belive this is common for alot of people.
Lovely hotel for a family. Entertainment is amazing every night. The food is very good. Lots of pools. X2 Coffee shops on site which was amazing. Would visit again.

EstoniaThey still smoke publicly in Turkey. Some people smoked by the pool and that was unpleasant. It's a good place to go to with kids but I would not go there to relax by myself or to spend time with my girlfriend.
I liked that there were lots of activities for my son. All the waterslides, pools etc. They also had lots of shows and other events for kids and adults. I really liked the beach stage and the singers there. Food was good and they had a good selection of different things. I would have liked to see some sugar free desserts and less seedoils but I quess that's too much to ask. :)

Turkeyit was disturbing that in an all-inclusive hotel, things were constantly sold as extra. in a hotel with a children's concept, activities and toys for children are sold for extra money. it was very disturbing that drinks were sold for money, especially at the beach bar. we were there during a very crowded period and waiting in line for food was a bit annoying. There is officially an invasion of water sports in the beach area. The area they cover, the music they constantly play and the boats they use prevent swimming in peace.
the hotel was good in terms of location and cleanliness. it had a very large area. the staff was very helpful. the food variety was very good. the evening entertainment programs were excellent.

United KingdomThe room was very basic and small on the ground floor. Quiet noisy. Small bathroom. We asked to be moved, but we weren't offered anything better. Standard rooms are not nice.
My 4th time in Kamelya. We liked the hospitality. The resort itself is amazing. Food is always fantastic with lots of choices. Coffee shops are my favourite escape. Staff working hard. Entertainment is great. We feel like home. Don't book a standard room.

FinlandThere were not enough sunbeds by the pool — many guests "reserved" them early in the morning but didn’t actually use them for hours or even the whole day. It would be helpful if the hotel introduced a policy to free up unused sunbeds after a certain period. During peak season, the restaurant was often overcrowded, especially at dinner time, and it was sometimes difficult to find a table. Only a few staff members speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.
We stayed at the Aishen hotel and were overall very satisfied. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Not many speak English, but one guy at the reception speaks Russian — a big thank you to him, he was very helpful. Any issues that came up during check-in or our stay were handled quickly and professionally. The hotel grounds are large, beautiful, and well-maintained. The pools are clean, but like in many resorts, there aren't enough sunbeds for everyone. We had to reserve them early in the morning. It would be great if the hotel introduced a rule: if no one uses a sunbed for two hours, belongings are removed so others can use it. We often saw sunbeds covered with towels but no people around — sometimes for half a day or even all day — while others had to hang towels on fences because there were no free sunbeds near the pool. The food was good, but during peak season the restaurant gets very crowded, especially at dinner, and it can be hard to find a free table. The sea was wonderful. The entrance is gentle and sandy, perfect for children and those who don’t know how to swim. The water was clean and warm — swimming was a real pleasure. Overall, it’s a great hotel for a family holiday. Many thanks to the staff for their hard work and care!

Wifi does not work, only first 15 minutes for free, then it does not work and 2nd thing is a SUSHI. Tell your chef, not to make a SUSHI anymore. Just tell him to forget about SUSHI

IrelandHonestly, there wasn’t much to dislike because the overall experience was fantastic. If I had to mention something, it would be the check-in process. I arrived very early in the morning around 3:00 AM on the 19th of April, but my booking was for the same day — so I had to wait in the lobby until 11:00 AM to get my room. It was my mistake in timing, and in hindsight, I should have booked from the 18th of April to avoid the wait. Just a little tip for future guests arriving late at night or early in the morning!
It was an amazing stay at Kamelya Aishen Club! The beach was absolutely beautiful — soft sand, clear water, and plenty of space to relax. Our room was spotless, spacious, and super comfortable, with a lovely view that made waking up each morning a joy. And the dinner? Wow! So many delicious options every night — from international dishes to local Turkish specialties. The atmosphere was lively but relaxing, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

SlovakiaWifi: coverage and speed was good. Just had issues to connect more than 4 devices per room (mobiles, kids tablets, my notebook...)
Very good location with walking distance proximity to great shopping opportunities. Very good beach, soft sand, wide with plenty of sunbeds, gradual entry to the sea was ideal for small kids. Rooms were quite spacious with separated space for parents and kids, which we appreciated a lot. Since this was our 7th stay at Turkish hotel I can judge by experience: Food - average, not the best, but quite ok with many options Drinks - good. Coffee options with real beans coffee, not instant crap what is very important for us. Alcohol was not branded, but plentiful on the other hand. Cleanliness - rooms and amenities were not really shiny, but acceptable. Nothing particular that would irritate, jut a bit worn down amenities Stuff - overall friendly, didn't experience any issues. English language knowledge was acceptable. There should be definitely more waiters at place during breakfasts and dinners, they were not catching up at all with number of people, table service did not work properly Premises - we didn't stay in the main hotels but in blocks of hotel units scattered around the area. It was just fine, but noise insulation not so good, above us was a family with 3 boys, so for 5 days we felt there are elephants/monkeys living above us. I would not return to this hotel, but I am happy with our visit and grateful for a nice time we had. For people who didn't experience the very best of Türkiye it is a good option with good value for money ratio.
