IrelandBeach and the water was clean and relaxing. The property has large place in the area, offering plenty of space to unwind. We particularly loved the delicious Turkish breakfast, which was a delightful highlight of our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, making us feel right at home. We’re so glad we chose this place for our vacation!

ItalyFrom mid day till past midnight music blared from speakers loudly. Throughout Ortakent the loud music was only coming from this hotel. As a guest wishing to to have quiet holiday, it was bit disappointing

We really liked the hotel's staff, location, food, rooms and the sea. We didn't want to leave the place. The staff were really good and our room was great. The service was amazing and the sea was crystal clear. We would like to thank Behlul and Ozlem and the rest of the staff for their hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Reception staff were always kind and accomodating, from giving directions, booking taxis, getting a packed breakfast when I was on an early tour, fixing the aircon unit in the room. We felt very safe and happy. Breakfast staff were lovely and nice to eat a traditional Turkish breakfast. Patio outside the room and gardens were beautiful, and useful. We enjoyed drinking our tea there. Beach was lovely we enjoyed swimming there.

Özlem Hanım and her staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is literally right in front of a beautiful beach. We are looking forward to coming back!

NetherlandsThe room was not taken care of properly such as the bathroom shower had some dirt in the shower head, in general the walls in the bathroom were a bit worn out due to mold, hygene products are given as half used by other ppl (shampoo etc). Secondly, during our stay there was a wedding in the property. This was not communicated, and it was really loud. We would appreciate to be communicated on this matter since what we needed is peaceful holiday.

Switzerland-We were given a room that was not cleaned and the sheets were not changed. It was cleaned after our warning, but it was still not completely clean. -The staff was very bad except the kitchen and reception -The music in the bar is too loud. so much that you cannot sleep in the room
