The air-conditioning was a bit noisy.

The food is exceptionally tasty and varied. Drinks at the swimming-pool also excellent. Service is attentive and very competent. The staff really cares about making you feel comfortable. The premises are very clean and comfortable.

The bathroom needs proper maintenance. Housekeeping was making the room tidy everyday, however the cleaning was improper until we wrote a note. The biggest dislike was pool bar. It needs a reconstruction.

The quality of food and beverages was exceptionally good. Sun-beds were high end, comfy and clean. There were different live bands every night which feels classy and cozy although does not suits everyone’s taste (jazzy). Bartender Muti and his cocktails were great. Waiters Ümit, Murat, Tolga and Aynoura were very friendly and welcoming.

The all-inclusive package is great overall. However, the breakfast and dinner buffets were fairly average and lacked variety. In contrast, the à la carte lunch by the pool offered better quality and a good range of options. While the hotel does provide transportation to the airport, it would be more convenient if this service were extended to nearby attractions like Land of Legends and the Old Town. Relying on yellow taxis can be unpredictable, as the experience depends heavily on the individual driver.

The staff throughout the hotel are exceptionally attentive, friendly, and polite. Service was outstanding in every area. The location is ideal, close to the airport and just a 5-minute drive from Land of Legends. The pool and beach areas are fantastic, with drink service available at all times.

The air conditioning control unit had a mind of it’s own. It would turn on/off, switch modes regulate fan speed regardless of what your desired set up is.

Everything was in perfect condition. All the spaces and surroundings were well maintained. The overall atmosphere gives you the ability to have a peaceful, quiet and enjoyable late back.

The staff can be a bit forgetful, have to ask multiple times to get a drink. Also, the pillows aren’t very comfortable though I know it’s super specific person to person.

The cabanas on the beach need to be renovated. They are old & not elegant. No night entertainment.

Very nice & kept place. We liked the interior of the hotel & the golf space. Very nice greenery. Very helpful and courteous Red Ladies, bellboys, housekeeping, restaurant staff, & cabana helpers. Food was very good too.

However, one issue seriously affected our enjoyment this time — the situation with sun loungers at the main pool. By 9 a.m., nearly all loungers were already “reserved” with towels, yet many of them remained unused for hours, some even the entire day. When I addressed the staff, they kindly brought us a lounger and placed it at the far end of the garden, but the towels on the unclaimed loungers were never removed. This kind of behavior from guests is disappointing, and I didn’t expect it at a hotel of this standard. I didn’t come to Kempinski to “steal” someone’s towel or fight over a sunbed — I came to relax. Perhaps the hotel could consider improving the sunbed management system or adjusting pool capacity.

We stayed at Kempinski Belek two years ago and returned this summer. The hotel has gone through some changes, but remains a truly fantastic place. The attentive and warm-hearted staff are the soul of this resort and continue to make the experience truly special.

Asian restaurant was below our expectations in terms of fine dining. Sofra by the Lake offers better asian dishes.

We really enjoyed the welcoming and attentive staff, which contributed to excellent services. The hotel offers a great variety of spa services, delicious dishes, spacious and clean rooms with great view. We would like to extend our special thanks to Salve from Sofra by the Lake restaurant for great service and a wonderful evening.
