Very good hotel. Especially in this price category. Our room was very clean and tidy. The staff was amazing. Especially a lot of thanks to Yusuf! He was helping us where he could to have a good stay and also with questions regarding further travel itinerary. Yusuf was always up for a talk and we shared a lot of laughs. Even though we didn't speak the same languages. The location was good for us, as we don't bother to walk around (15-20 min. to Kayseri Castle/ 5-10 min. to a beautiful park area).

Straightforward check in and out. Good internet, as i used it for work during my stay, e.g. video meeting. Room quite spacious. Sightseeing wise, it's slightly out of the town, and you need a bit walk, like 15 minutes maybe. There are bunch of larger shops and restaurants on Yavuz Cd., which you can walk to in 10 minutes.

We had a one night stay in transit, and everything was fine. Staff were helpful, the room was clean, and quiet (even a view of the mountains, if you put your head out the window:). Close to a grocery store and park.

Our room was clean and comfortable, it did smell like cigarette smoke in the hallway, it didn't bother us once in our room though.

We spent one night here on the way to the airport. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

It had a stale cigarette smell. It looks like it used to be quite nice. It now looks a bit tired with a need of some TLC.

Relatively, close by and convenient location to the airport. The breakfast was really good. Offered a nice assortment of bread spreads and cheese, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, a boiled egg, and offered a freshly made omelette

The hotel is close to Kayseri airport with 24h reception. The hotel replied to my questions prior our arrival by e-mail immediately. We arrived at 3:30am just for 5 hour sleep. The beds were comfortable. The furniture as well as the bathroom would require some renovation but overall, we felt fine and would return as it definitely is a fair quality for the value. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly, especially the lady serving the breakfast who didn’t wipe her smiles.

We booked a room for 2 people, one night, for 39 euros. The price wasn't mentioned in the Turkish currency and it wasn't mentioned that only Turkish currency is accepted, either in cash or by debit card. That means that we paid some more euros. No big deal, but they should mention it.

Very good value for money. Staff very helpful and hospitable. Room equipped with all needed facilities! Nice view in Kayseri city from the 7th floor. One double and one single bed for a twin room. Great!!!

Cleaning was not on schedule, and seemed to be occurring at random, or only when requested. Breakfast was very plain and samey - quite bad tea, a set of plastic-packaged spreads (honey, butter, jam, and smth else), about 3-4 thin slices of tomato, some olives, and bread. Also there was a hot dish - eggs in some form, but they were over-salted most days.

This is a nice hotel, located relatively close to the city center. We've come for mountain skiing, and for that the location was very good, as it's a short walk away from a bus that goes up to the ski resort. When we moved in, the rooms were clean although nothing special, and the administrator was helpful. A teapot was available in the room upon request. Rooms were very warm, to the point where we had to open windows to let some fresh air in (it was about -1 - -5 degrees outside during our stay). Breakfasts are served quite early so you can get to the ski resort by 9am.

The shower was leaking water onto the bathroom floor.

Our room was very spacious. With 10 minutes by foot to the skiing shuttle the location was perfect for us. The stuff barely spoke English but they tried to help the best that they could. Everyone was very friendly.

1. I was not always happy with the Housekeeping .Most days, they didn't keep toiletries, water and beverages for us and we had to keep asking for it. 2. Some days we would call for our room to be cleaned and no one will show up. 3. In all the 13 days we spent at Korkmaz, we were only given toilet floor towels 4 times. As Muslims, those floor towels were very important to us for keeping us from slipping when we performed ablution at the sink. 4. The beds were very uncomfortable! My mum had to sleep on blankets on the floor most days. You really need new mattresses because the springs on these ones aren't firm anymore. Also for sick people who will stay at Korgmaz because of its proximity to hospitals, those mattresses are not ideal. Pls change them or get small ones and keep for those who request for them. * The uncomfortable beds are the main reason I am giving this hotel 8/10 instead of the 9/10 I gave them last year. This is because I complained about the bed last time too and I see that the problem still persists. An uncomfortable bed really takes away from a good holiday experience.

This is my second time staying at Korkmaz Residence, and I am just as impressed as I was the first time. 1. Very good customer service 2. Kind staff. The cleaning ladies were a lot more receptive this time around. Always happy and smiling 3. Very clean rooms and premises 4. Highly responsive to complaints 5. Perfect location : My mum needed to visit a hospital in Kayseri, and we chose one that was literally 1 minute walk away, and she received good quality care at a very cheap price. I will recommend for anyone seeking medical care in Kayseri to stay in this hotel and visit the Kizilay Hospital. 6. Constant hot water in the bathroom. 7. I love the hot Turkish teas/ cay we were always offered at the reception. 8. A 10 minutes walk to the city center and many restaurants, shops and pharmacies nearby. 9. They allowed us a very late checkout

The surroundings were closed and it was difficult to find an open place to dinner . The receptionist didn’t speak a word of English and it was difficult to exchange with him
