The staff could hardly speak English for most of them. They were very nice and trying their best to help, but communication was not always obvious. The hotel was almost empty. Most of the time we were the only 2 customers in the 2 restaurants for dinner... It felt very lonely...

We were chilling at breakfast, and ordered 3 coffees apparently 5 minutes after breakfast ended. 1 Americano was €10. Not even in the U.S. or south of France you can find these prices. Total disgrace and rip off. We had to reject them

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I especially want to highlight the housekeeping staff—our room cleaner was truly excellent and kept everything spotless every day. The spa was impressive, with professional therapists and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff overall were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was great, and although the beach area is not sandy, the music and ambiance were enjoyable. Spending the day by the sea was a real pleasure.

Its on the seaside and the water was nice. However if you’re looking for a sandy beach, its not there. As with most hotels in the area they have decks over the water for sunbathing etc and you would just take a dip into the deep water. Its nice but if you’re one who likes to lie on the sand, pebble beach you won’t have it.

There aren’t too many places around (walking distance) if you’re looking at places to eat outside the hotel.

The rooms were large and clean. The staff were friendly and quick to help/respond. The outside beach/swim area was wonderful. The food was great! I forgot my sunglasses in the room and we had to checkout at 4am to catch a flight but their staff quickly noticed them and returned them to us.

Hotel management and beach club/restaurant management are different, so the client profile. Hard to give an order ( as the staff are not wearing a uniform) until get familiar with the faces. As the season is about to end, restaurant's menu was limited.

Room cleaning was perfect, thanks to Filiz Hanim and her teammate. Also Alena Hanim at the restaurant deserves 5*. In general, all the hotel staff was helpful and respectful.

The air conditioning turns off too too quickly when you open balcony doors. And was annoying to turn on etc. That's the only minor thing they need to improve

It doesn’t has the kind of beach sand this was very important to me, but I found it. They has only the deep sea.

The room was very clean. The design is fabulous the beautiful view from the balcony the bed was very soft and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and location off. The restaurant was very beautiful the stuff very helpful. Trying to get us the best and beach club nice I liked the sun beds the food, the service and the helping stuff. This hotel is fabulous at all

when we went, it was at the end of the season, so most part of the hotel was closed but staff did everything to welcome us and breakfasts was great. I can’t fault the place. will go there again

The breakfast was okay but could have been better with better variety. The food in general could be better. There was a bit of a language barrier (English) - but generally in Bodrum. The bathroom needs updating a bit alongside the Sauna room in the spa.

I liked how attentive they were. Figen, the guys at the beachfront restaurant and the lady, I believe Sarah?(can’t recall her name) were very welcoming!! Loved the Ambience in the Spa The staff are lovely. I forgot my scarf one night and it was very cold going back to my room and one the golf buggy driver gave me one of his sweaters. Which was very thoughtful!
