Booking a cab was not easy and also uber don't work there. That was the only issue there.

The food was too monotonous The power/electricity went off on one day and the heat was unmanageable. The internet in public areas, even at the receptionist areas was terrible The hotel is not smack bang on the beach. One has to walk a good distance across some fields

The children pool with slides was great. I was able to loan out rackets and play tennis. The hotel has a few tennis courts It was so hot and i have never eaten so many water melons which were readily available The shopping streets were just around the hotel

Unfortunately, the hotel’s design is outdated, and a renovation is needed. The room shown on Booking.com was from a renovated section, but we were given a room in an additional building that was definitely outdated. The lighting in the rooms was catastrophically bad, resembling hospital lighting. It would be preferable to have daylight-effect lighting, but instead, the rooms are very dark with cold-colored lighting. Unfortunately, one employee named Salım, who works as the night manager, ruined some of our experience with his actions. Salım behaved unkindly and strictly followed the rules in an inflexible manner, which was unpleasant, especially considering the fee for my small dog’s presence. His double standards and attitude were particularly disappointing.

The hotel itself is quite good. The cuisine is diverse, with plenty of vegetables, cheeses, and a wide selection of freshly prepared meats. Salads, beverages, and everything else were excellent. The cleaning in the rooms was good, with no complaints there. All beverages are freely available, and you can have drinks in several places. The beach is nearby, well-maintained, and there is also a bar and snack bar there. There is a shuttle to the beach, but honestly, I don’t see the need for it, as it’s only an 8-minute walk from the hotel. The staff, in general, were friendly and courteous. Overall, the impressions are positive.

There was nothing to dislike even after 10 days.

The staff in all departments were exceptional and went the extra mile when consulted. The hotel is clean and the varirty of food suited me perfectly. Lots of entertainment and lovely pool facilitied. There is a regular shuttle bus to the beach and it tuns very regularly. The beach is easily reached if you fancy a walk. It is not far from the hotel and it has a well served snack bar.

Nothing, it was lovely!

The all inclusive was delicious! It was so amazing and I loved the different cuisines every night. The entertainment for children was really good, the pools were well looked after and the children’s pool was also safe and good size. The staff are super friendly and it was honestly worth the money.

We were quite disappointed by the ironing service as there were no irons available in the hotel. To address laundry needs, guests must rely on the hotel's paid services, which operate within restricted hours from morning to afternoon. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this during check-in, so when we wanted to iron our clothes for the evening, it was not possible. We were advised to buy our own iron. Also, we arranged two tours (Spa and Jeep tours) through the hotel's tour guide, Mustafa. However, our experience with his services was disappointing. Initially, he informed us that the Spa experience included a one-hour massage, but upon arrival, we discovered it was only 20 minutes. Additionally, he does not provide written confirmation of the tour details and tends to overstate the inclusions in the packages to encourage purchases. I wouldn't recommend his services.

Staff was friendly. The hotel is very close to the beach and the bus stop to the city center is right in front of the hotel. Overall, good value for money.

Room size could be bigger, the operation of the elevator was a bit crazy and it's slow, quality of drinks in the bar could be better, lactose free milk was available only in the morning during breakfast time. Centre of Side is a bit far, but the lot of plants & flowers compensated us. One dish was missing for us from the menu, which is really great at summer time, the cold fruit soup.

Enchanting milieu in the green zone of Side (Sorgun), cordial, friendly and helpful staff, pleasurable pool with good size and depth and its water was always clear, the room was cleaned on daily basis, the bed linen was changed several times to fresh one and the towels every single day, variety of foods, great dishes, rich supply, amazing seaside, mini coach service from the hotel to the beach.

İt is a compact property. The best thing with this hotel is the cleaning and housekeeping. Beds are comfortable. All facilities are very compact and closed to each other. First and the best investment to be made would be the elevators. Food is not the best but ok. The building is fairly old and needs renovations here and there. The The region is very green and hotel is located near a small river therefore Remember to pack a good mosquito repellent spray. There is a small town center with cafes, bars, shops and pharmacy just outside the hotel to have a walk after dinner. Hotel has shuttle bus to the beach but we preferred to walk. It takes only 10 min. Hotel has Very good beach facilities and sand beach. The sea was very wavy during our stay in June so it was not convenient to swim for the kids.

Rather loud animation, a bit old-fashioned

We stayed in the hotel for more than a week and we liked it a lot. Everyday cleaning, friendly stuff, very delicious food, close to the warm sea, nice pool, big room with high ceiling. Pool is good and clean, but we didn’t use it much since sea was warmer (end of August). Right next to the hotel there is a bus stop and ride to ancient Side takes about 15-20 mins. We had a problem at our room with plugs and they solved it in 30 mins - so fast! We didn’t drink alcohol so I can’t rate this point.

Smoking is allowed everywhere outside. People smoke in places you have to walk through to get e.g. to the pools. They even smoke on events for kids (my daughter's hair smelled like cigarettes). Music at the evening events is definetely too loud. Even at the ones for kids I was getting Apple Watch notifications it was dangerously loud. Ladies working at the kids club were barely engaging the kids. Food was more or less the same every day. There were few hours during the day no food was available. Staff is not too helpful. When asked for something (like an umbrella someone took) they do nothing. They barely speak any English, even at the reception / guest services station. At the beach the water gets super deep super fast (like 3-4 meters from the shore it's already way too deep for kids). Cocktails with poor quality alcohol and not tasting food. Extremely slippery especially next to the pools. Kids did fall several times.

The lady who makes bread Gözleme in the corner of a garden bar, was very rude with my children, whenever my daughter went she refused by saying, time is up and she welcomed other people behind in the queue. She did the same thing for three days. The staff on the reception was so rude that we decided to keep our issuses unsolved than rather going to them to experience their rude behaviour. Whenever we called on the given number to get any tissuse , toiletries or a extra duvet ( because my children are habitual of sleeping under a duvet ) we never got them. The staff in the dinning area were very hardworking and helpful even though the language was a barrier.

We can't recommend it to those who are coming from the UK.
