Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomIt is a bit outdated. The gym only has 1 working treadmill, 2 bikes and some weights. The steam room in the spa has a horrible smell… smells like mold. Beds are tough and scratchy sheets. TV channels only in german
The property is about 10 minutes drive from the town. The junior family provided was disappointing as they are located on the far side of the hotel away from all the amenities …but lucky us the management changed the room to a ground floor and a step away from the pool and restaurants.

United KingdomYou are advertising air conditioned gym but there is no gym on the site, I have found this extremely misleading. You even put the pictures of the gym on your website but there is no gym. This was one of the reason I chose this hotel so I'm extremely disappointed
Reception, bar and restaurant staff were really nice and friendly. They worked extremely hard. Pool and beach area were clean and tidy too

United KingdomThe only minor downside was the food being a bit repetitive, but overall everything was fresh and tasty.
We had a fantastic stay at Labranda TMT as a family. We were initially unsure due to some mixed reviews, but it exceeded our expectations! Cengizhan and the entertainment team were amazing, and Recep and his team of restaurant staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service was excellent throughout. A great break, we’ll definitely be back!

IrelandSome of the food wasn’t quite to our taste
We stayed at Labranda TMT in Bodrum for 7 nights, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and located right by the sea—perfect for relaxing but also close enough to explore the town easily. The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, and everything from the pool area to the views made it easy to unwind. The service was solid across the board. A quick mention to Sonar at reception, who was really helpful when we wanted to change our room due to the view, and Aydan, one of the servers, who was always kind and attentive. The entertainment team especially Cengizhan also brought great energy to the hotel and added to the fun atmosphere. Would definitely recommend Labranda by TMT to anyone heading to Bodrum. It’s a great mix of comfort, location, and value and we will definitely be back in the future.

United KingdomWell, this year they have a new management which decided to close the hotel earlier. When we were booking this hotel back in September they were still open till end of October but two weeks before our arrival they decided to close on 16th of October. We had our stay booked until 19th. Unfortunately nobody informed us before. The management blamed Booking.com claiming that they informed them but when we called Booking for a refund they didn’t know. I think it’s the hotel responsibly to make sure all guests get emails about something important like this. Especially that Booking is a partner not a travel agency and hotels have power over their terms or prices as well as they can easily contact their guests via Booking platform. So our first day was super stressful because we needed to find a different hotel and claim refund from Booking for the last three nights. Not super complicated but international calls cost fortune and Booking.com doesn’t work in Turkey (you can’t book a Turkish hotel from the platform while in Turkey only abroad hotels) so we had to find different platforms to book another hotel. The reception manager didn’t want to call Booking for us claiming they can’t call international. I understand but we gave him a Turkish number to a Turkish Booking office. He wasn’t helpful at all and in the end we had to do everything ourselves. I sent a complaint letter to the management and had an answer in which they were claiming it’s not their fault we weren’t informed. I sent another letter and they didn’t even replied. That was the only thing I didn’t like as I felt like they didn’t care. Luckily the other staff was helpful and nice so they make up our stay for us. To sum up: despite this incident I still recommend this hotel however I hope that management will start treating their guests better. Also double check on the hotel website (or email them) if they’re open or maybe planning to close at some point.
Great location, only 20 minutes walk to the centre (no hills, you can walk by the beach on fairly flat surface). The harbour with ferry to Kos is only 5 minutes walk, there are also a few shops nearby if you need anything. Room was nice and spacious but needs a little modernisation. We were upgraded to a room in a building near the pool which was great but they also have some rooms on the other side of the street (you can get there by a small bridge), it’s not very far and there is another small pool but it’s definitely better to be in the main area buildings. Unfortunately you can hear other guests at night if they’re really noisy but I haven’t been in a hotel yet when I couldn’t hear a thing. Luckily we were disturbed at night only once or twice (heard people coming back). Restaurants are great. The main one is spacious and has a lot of seats inside and outside. The buffet is huge with lots of choices. As a vegetarian I was never hungry. There was not only variety of salads and cold dishes but also some hot vegetables. My husband liked the meat and there also was fish every day. Plenty of choices for breakfast and lunch as well. Coffe was great (they have a bean to cup machines not the instant ones). If you didn’t feel like going for lunch to the main restaurant you could stay by the pool or beach and just pop in to a snack bar which also has planty of choices. It was literally like another restaurant with a proper lunch. They served salads, pizza, burgers and more plus delicious traditional Turkish pancakes. In the middle of the garden is another bar where they have entertainment in the evening. It’s very cosy and you can go there for a coffee, drinks and sweets during a day. They have four bars serving drinks during a day. One is also in the lobby area if you want a little more quieter space. The only criticism is that some of the bar staff don’t know how to make drinks so they definitely need more training in cocktail mixing.
