Generally good opinion. Very friendly and polite staff and special i would like to admit Ozgur and Ahmed in restaurant . Also good staff on reception. Plan to get back at the end of autumn time. Good place to enjoy with natural and make some meditation. Location depends of preferences but my opinion is great. Mostly everyday entertainment programs- excellent 👌

The toilet door is not closed I saw a big black worm on the bed and asked for insecticide, but no one brought it There is no iron, and when I asked for it, they asked me to go to the reception desk and take it from them with the ironing board. Turkish people don't like to smile I don't know why, please tell the waiters to smile and be patient with customers. The food not like before, I came 3 years ago and it was very delicious and varied, needs to improve.

The best thing is the location near everything around the price is very good food available all the time as the snacks The private uludeniz beach The check-in and check-out very fast and easy.

- although nice, food was a bit repetitive - no indoor bar, so nowhere to sit inside when cold in the evenings 😔 - breakfast poor in comparison to other meals

The town close by, i,e OLUDENIZ (mind it we were there in late march so still pretty crispy and chilly weather) was shut and i wish somebody had told us about it. The pool at the hotel was shut as well due to off peak and i wish the hotel mentioned that on the website or description because that was a huge turn off.

the room and the view were great, bed were super comfy and the breakfast was good as well, except you could see the breakfast items were being repeated off the leftovers of the previous day since itv was off peak. I would expect smaller quantities but fresh breakfast.T

Staff is not very helpful. Reception refused to provide a fourth blanket for quadruple occupancy. Had to beg and call multiple times at night for a blanket as it was very chilly.

I loved this hotel and it was amazing value for money. There was an incredible selection of food every day which some some was cooked fresh in front of you and was very tasty. There was good entertainment in the evenings and great cocktails. The views were the highlight for sure. You get an incredible view of the sea and are surrounded dead by the most picturesque mountains, so the hotel grounds are a perfect place to lounge in the sun and enjoy the views. Location was also great, only a 10 min walk from the beach where you can also book plenty of activities.

Site does need maintenance pool side (wood sticking up and snapping all over the place only a matter a time before a accident happens) and updating rooms do need a mirror in the living space

WiFi has issues. It keeps asking for passport number and room number for auth again and again. The music after the dinner can be pretty loud for some rooms. Car park space is not enough, you literally have to park onto dirt if it is full. No playground for kids. Some people are smoking around the pools.

Food was great. Pools are nice. Overall atmosphere is great. Mini market was convenient.

Rooms considerable small with low lighting, beds far too small for this type accomodation and with very soft matress. So if you have back problems then is not the best choice for you. Once requested at reception, can they replace and do something? They said sorry there is nothing they can do. I am sure, they could have a few extra harder mattresses or extras with harder layers available to accommodate. Wifi, as mentioned by others before, is not the best and doesn't work in all areas.

The room with a Jacuzzi was absolutely perfect, featuring a magnificent view. The staff was very understanding and welcoming, not to mention the restaurant with a variety of delicious Halal food. Overall, everything was impeccable and beautiful.

The beach is a bit far away, bad wi-fi connection. Rooms are a bit dark, if you stay there, and not so new. However, everything works well.

The food was good in the main restaurant, but we had food poisoning after a snack bar. Pay attention at the bar: as I understood foreign alcohol was included. But when I asked to make a cocktail on gordon's gin or walker whiskey they made one cocktail, but next time the barmen looked irritated said that it was finished and made cocktails with low-quality local alco. There is a mosque nearby, so there is loud noise early in the morning. The air conditioner wasn't working properly, it was hot in the room. Noise insulation is poor, we could hear neighbors in the bathroom and slapping the doors. Overall we expected more after all the positive reviews.

The hotel has a beautiful well-kept green territory, amazing view on the valley, comfortable sunbeds, nice music. Overall personnel was welcoming, though there was some misunderstanding at the reception. Food was tasty and good quality. Fresh fish at dinner was a plus and the lady at fish grill was cheerful. Good evening shows. Comfortable beds and pillows.
