United StatesVery far from airport ( one hour) and main bodrum center which is more lively If you don’t have a car and plan to explore areas, it is inconvenient and expensive to take taxi back & forth ( the taxi was more expensive than the excursions and I had to cancel the last excursion because they decided they won’t provide pick up to my hotel after all! ) It is a good place if you plan to stay in the “resort like” area I would like to see more offerings like hammam, yoga, tours from that area The front desk were not great at check in , I had to carry my own suitcase for 2 floors and it hurts my back ( no elevators) , she also told me I’m on my own when I asked about dinner after late arrival (the hotel restaurant was closed but there were others open in the surrounding area and I think that what she meant but it was awkward )
The suite is nice and spacious The facility and surrounding neighborhood has relaxing atmosphere with local boutiques , restaurants and beach clubs with access to beaches ( mini beach) Breakfast included and very good , it is standard and same daily but has good variety Restaurant is excellent and I think the best in area with very relaxing atmosphere- restaurant staff are very good

United StatesThe chairs at the beach were nice but they did not switch out towels after guests. They continue to say it is clean and changed but I watched them leave them on and the towel I sat on was wet. Finally they gave me a clean towel but the beach area could be cleaner as far as set up and staff helping.

ItalyA bit of background: we booked a Mountain View suite for 8 night for a total amount of 2950€. As soon as we got there we found out that: - the room with Mountain View that was sold to us was actually a parking view room; - The safe did not work; - The shampoo dispenser was broken; - Different pieces of furniture where stained and/or damaged; - The bed had only the mattress hhcover and no extra sheet/blanket to cover yourself. Worse thing was that, when we tried to explain the issues we encountered, no one could even closely understand us and as a consequence help us, this because the bulk of the staff could not speak English and the few that could had a very poor language. We were hoping that this was already enough disappointing but the worst had yet to come. As soon as we arrived to the hotel we left our newly rented car at the hotel valet parking. The morning after when we asked the valet to go get our car they panicked cause they couldn’t find it. We had a discussion with the staff at the end of which the car was eventually found after at least half an hour. In light of all the issues we encountered in less then 24h we asked to talk to the hotel manager in any event. We were first told that the manager was on his way and then that he was actually away for the weekend and could not meet us for the next two days. We also tried to reach out to him directly by text message and received the delightful answer that we were the ones who had to apologise and he had no intention of meeting us before such moment. We could add many other things, these were only the main issues we had. Another disappointing thing was the breakfast which was exactly the same for 8 days in a row, with no variation of any kind. Furthermore we asked to have our eggs done with no milk and we received eggs with butter, which logically is basically the same for a lactose intolerant.

IranThe staff are very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The location is amazing! The suit was very comfortable and cosy. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant is fabulous! The neighbourhood is far from the centre, but it is alive with a great nightlife and many good local stores around.
