It’s was not clean in the apartment. The bathroom needs proper cleaning with chemicals.

The staff were really great, really helpful and kind. The location is also nice, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious 🫶🏻

Bed was hard, Sofa bed was broken and couldn't be used, Their were noise coming from other rooms as they were drinking till 2-3am.

Pool was freezing but it was late in year and end of season. I didn't get anyone to come clean the apartment at any time in a week. I didn't actually need it as I wasn't there hardy but would have been nice if there was an offer.. They didn't offer any breakfast so I had to ask and they provided with a coffee , bread , eggs . Was ok but nothing special.

Location was very good and right near beach. Staff was friendly enough. One in particular that was kind enough to help me out with TV. Apartment was modern and spacious with everything you needed.

Bed was super uncomfy but not a huge deal, also I think the previous person smoked inside - there was a slight smell and burn mark on couch, but wasn’t too bad! Great otherwise

We booked super last minute due to our other hotel falling through, and got there late - but staff were super nice and helpful. Apartment was a good size, had everything you needed - and loved the washing machine, was needed at that point of our trip! Also the balcony overlooking the street was really nice! Was a great location and easy parking too (despite being a bit tight).

The rooms were dirty, the shower took a while to heat up and had mould build up with no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner remote didn’t work properly as the screen was damaged so using the air conditioner was difficult.

I had a wonderful stay at this property ! The swimming pool was excellent and always kept very clean, which made for a relaxing experience. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. A special mention goes to the gentleman preparing breakfast—he was incredibly welcoming and polite every morning, adding a nice touch to the start of the day. Overall, a great place to stay!

Air con dripped. Noisy one night till three in morning with people chatting by the pool. Info said that it was adult only and there were two pools- one pool only but very lovely and children definitely present. They were not an issue for us .

The room including towels smelled of cigarette smoke. They moved us to a 'non smoking' room that had an ashtray!! No liquid soap tea towel or sponge provided until asked. No toiletries in bathroom. Shower broken.

The pool area was very nice, surrounded by lovely plants and plenty of seating. The room was large with a kitchen and huge fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The young man was helpful with our queries.

The bed was the worse, so uncomfortable. I felt the springs on my back, even after folding a couple of blankets to put underneath. And when I approached the staff to get an upgrade or change apartments, their answer was: all the beds are the same. The beach is horrible, to be quite honest, I was super disappointed with Bodrum. Unless you are going to do a boat trip or have the money to stay on the 5 star hotels on the other side (which is what I did for the last day there and that was fantastic), I would advise maybe going somewhere else (further South). I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast either. Average. There is absolutely nothing in the apartment, nothing to wash dishes with, no soap or any toiletries in the bathroom. And although there is a washing machine, I had to use google translate to understand what was written on it and had to buy washing liquid.

The apartment is quite big and nice pool area. The location is good, if you want to be right in the centre of everything and walk distance.

As I said the property looks modern it is just a shame that is not really taken good care of it with just a little more maintenance. Walls are stained, wooden bathroom furniture ruined by water, bathroom closet not really usable as the shelves are unevenly placed, not really clean and again ruined by humidity/water. Toilet flush wasn’t working properly and not really being fixed during our stay. No toiletries were provided, nor cleaning products for the kitchen (at list dish soap and a sponge would be helpful). Kitchen supplies are very basic. Wi-fi is not reliable.

Friendly and welcoming staff, good location. The property itself looks modern and offers good facilities like the swimming pool and outdoor area, excellent the chance to have breakfast at any time if the day after 8,30 (9 on Sundays). The apartment had a nice and spacious living room and balcony.

For the breakfast included, you only get certain breakfast choices included in the price so there was a lack of choice and should of been specified beforehand. Rooms aren’t cleaned daily you have to ask.

The hotel is very modern and clean, it is in a great location by a beach with lots of shops and bars near by. The staff were super lovely and chatty, created such a great atmosphere to the hotel. A small and friendly hotel perfect for friends or couples especially. Food was great and the room was comfortable.

Shower was broken and even though it was reported, nothing was done. The music around the pool was extremely loud and off putting.

The wifi works close to the windows by the car park but not everywhere in the lounge & not at all in the bedroom at the back. Best buy a SIM at the airport when you arrive. The staff barely speak English so can't explain what to visit etc., lack of kitchen equipment, esp microwave is difficult especially as prices for restaurants are similar to cheaper places in Paris now. Local supermarkets sell cheese, ham and yoghurt, you need to go to the 5M Milgros by car to have more choice. It's very touristy-tacky, lots of tattooed Brits drinking from 11am in the local restaurants. We mainly drove into Bodrum to dine near the marina.

The location is a couple of minutes walk from a gravel sandy beach (many are pebbles which i dislike), if you buy a drink the beds are free. The location has bars & shops by it but it's set back just enough so you don't hear any loud music from bars. We had a room overlooking the car park so we weren't affected by the music & noise from the pool area. Aircon & fridge were great. Private parking was a huge plus. I would stay here again as long as we have a car because the beds are comfy & it's quiet & spacious.
