Maybe more shower gel and shampoo in the shower. But everything else was super ok

The hotel is well kept,well situated in a quiet area beach front and at a walking distance from the yalikavak marina.The use of the beach facilities is free,the kitchen is good but the real value are the people working there, everyone is very polite, friendly and ready to help for everything like bookings etc. At the end of the week it almost felt like being with family,I would totally recommend it.

No air conditioning in the guest bedroom/ lounge. Tell your customers it is going to be hot.

Not enough kitchen utensils. OK but missing eg corkscrew..sharp knives..cleaning materials brush broom - they cleaned well but useful for us to have cleaning bits

Everything was great except the cleaning which is every 3 days. Its an apartment so they should at least provide a small vacuum or a mop so guests can clean their own room. With kids and use of kitchen the apartment can get messy and dirty quickly.

Perfect location steps to the beach and minutes to shops and restaurants. Kids loved the pool. Friendly staff except at night the receptionist on duty was loud playing computer games till early hours of the morning. Obvious that none of the managers came acted upon it as this went on for 6 nights that we were there.

The only minus to me were the Russians that stayed there as they cannot behave civilized. It was pleasant to stay at the hotel with Europeans.

It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others.

Swimming Pool. Access from apartment to pool. A One level stair way down steps to pool area. The rectangular dimension of this pool allows freedom to swim as many lengths as you desire. Early June a good time.

Our second stay at Mer can story. Fabulous location. Nice spacious rooms, small kitchen area so we could prepare breakfast and eat on our balcony. The staff are kind and helpful. During local power cut this property had a generator. We will choose this hotel again

Housekeeping service was hit and miss. We had to ask for service

Great location for bars and restaurants but not too noisy. We liked having the extra space, the ac worked well and always hot water

Unfortunately we had bed bugs on the first night. They said it was the first time, and as per the reviews looked like it was true. They didn’t offer a room change right away, we had to request it, but once we did they quickly change it. We also had to request a laundry service in case the bugs were in our clothes. Also they did not compensate us in anyway or go the extra mile with the service.

The staff in the bar/restaurant was super nice. The swimming pool area was great Also the location was good, close to the party/shop/restaurant area but without the noise.
