Need air conditioned rooms in summer. Must at least as a minimum have a fan in the room. This is the main problem in summer at this hotel. The management must seriously consider at least a fan in each room. Best would be air conditioned rooms coz the rate per night is not cheap.

Its pretty outdated from the inside, No Air conditioning, it’s not so amazing temperature in july august especially. Smoke smell in rooms, could be a problem for non smokers. Dinner wasn’t so amazing as they serve you a portion on a plate and that’s it.

The location is good if you are travelling by car. Many markets and shops nearby.

Very welcoming personnel, ready to help and give you answers. Parking available for. 3-4 cars max. But you can park around the hotel, it's safe in the street nearby.

Breakfasts and dinners are very mediocre. Although this is a non-smoking hotel, some guests smoked in the corridor, and the staff preferred to use airfreshener instead of preventing these guests smoke.

Convenient location, the hotel is clean, personnel is friendly.

Not all staff speak English, breakfast was simple. It could be better with fresher bread, eggs and fruit.

Good soft bed, WiFi, sitting area at reception, new lift, good warm shower. Dinner we bought together with the room is chopped meat in tomato sauce with potatoes( no alternative), soup, watermelon and tea.

We were surprised to see that there was no air-conditioning, however it was not needed as the temperatures during the night were ok. Also, the hotel was situated near the road so it was a little bit loud and we were not able to close the windows because of the lack of the AC, but it was manageable.

We stayed here only one night, it was ok. There was a lot of space to park the car, the food was nice, the price was totally ok, the staff polite as usual. Unfortunately we were too tired to see the city, maybe next year. Overall this was a nice stay, no problems whatsoever.

The older waiter working during breakfast was extremely rude. These are the profiles of people who ruin your whole day with their behavior. If I had known that I would meet such a person in the hotel as this waiter, I would have booked another hotel...

There was no air - condition in the rooms. It's to hot. It's big noisy, because there was traffic near to hotel.

It can not be a complaint but an observation and alert, as we checked into the room, we discovered there is no AC or Fan. Bit surprised but later understood that Afyon never gets hot so you may never need a fan or AC. However, there was no drinking water or Tea / Coffee making arrangement in the room...

The best part of the stay is the very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location and got a beautiful view of the Afyon Fort from the room. Nice food quality, both breakfast and dinner (our package included both).

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would like it to be. Also there’s was a smell of cigarette in my room. The door couldn’t be locked.

It’s a great establishment for staying a short time being in transit. A decent hotel of old style. If you have a top floor room then you have a great view of the city and the castle.
