Slightly weak water pressure

Comfortable conditions at the best price and accessible infrastructure. The room was clean, all necessary things for living were provided: hair dryer, washing machine, stove, refrigerator, iron.

Construction next door is terrible every morning 7-8am I was awake Also its time it had some upgrades for example the shower heads and taps need to be changed as it’s becoming rusty also the air con worked sometimes and also had a strange smell maybe needs to be cleaned?

I love this place this is my 5th time here! The staff are very nice and the location is very close to everything restaurants and beach is 2 minute walk. Rooms cleaned every 2 days and has everything you need including washing machine

Doors and walls are not soundproof. So, if somebody in the hall or outside is chatting you will hear every word being said.

We were on the first floor next to the reception (2 bedrooms), you can hear the noise from cars outside and people checking in and out during night time.

The personnel is very friendly and ready to help. Short distance from the beach, close to bars and restaurants. Apartments are not very new but comfortable. Overall liked it.

I liked it, but have a few minor issues which could do with more looking into. The walls from the paint are very chipped so could do with a painting over. Below the toilet on the silicone had yellow stains.

It was very central and in a lovely street. Staff friendly. Good value for money.

Unfortunately no proper balcony that goes with the apartment. If you expect breakfast made inside the hotel like a buffet, there is no availability for that here. Voucher is received every morning for it to be used in one restaurant, however breakfast in the restaurant is good. First part of our stay replacement of new towels and cleaning have been done, however on the second part there was no cleaning and no new towels.

Great location, beach 5min walk. A lot of restaurants around. Very comfortable bed and sofa as well. Availability of washing machine is great!

There is a swiming pool but it's not really usable. When we arrived the pool was full of tree leafs and not very attractive.

Nice hotel very well located a few steps from the Konyaalti public beach and from very good restaurants. Wash machine in the studio was very helpful. English speaking reception ! Very friendly and helpful housekeeping team.

advise you not to book basement rooms pay a bit extra for main rooms, hotel needs to listen to feedback given from us and the issues we raised regarding basement room, however after speaking to booking.com and staff they upgraded us to grand suite on ground floor which made our overall stay pleasant and we loved the extra space for the kids. pool was unkempt but don’t think anyone was using it anyway in current weather.

location is good, staff are amazing and really helpful and overall generally a good experience. we had some issues but hotel worked with us to resolve it which shows their good nature and willingness to please their guests. had all amenities, including iron etc plus liked the fact that we could purchase water and soft drinks at reception too, saved us a journey to the shops! bring your own toiletries though as only a generic shampoo provided. ample cooking facilities and lounging area in rooms. walking distance to main road leading to shop’s restaurants and Konyaalti beach. really good value for money!

The staff was not very friendly, there was little to no communication. The WIFI didn’t work although it was stated it was present and free at the property. The air conditioner didn’t work either. The bed cover was a bit too small for two people.

The architecture of the property was very nice, it has nice spots in the garden near the pool to sit and relax or to have breakfast or a snack. The room was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. The location was perfect, close to the beach and to some nice pubs/restaurants, also about 6 mins walk from a bus station and 2 mins walk from a supermarket.

Some construction going on next door which is quite disturbing.
