Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Amazing value, 2 minutes walk to shops and restaurants, few minutes from the beach. Air conditioning (essential in August!). Nice garden, simple but nice rooms, breakfast included. They were lovely people too, and the whole place had a really chilled vibe to it.

United KingdomMila Pansiyon is a laid-back place to stay, perfectly located a couple of minutes wslking to the beach one wsy snd the delighful village a couple of minutes the other way. The basic amenities are elevated by the kindness of the hosts.

The owner was extremely helpful with the luggage and he and his wife are really warm and friendly people who make you feel at home. Our room remained fresh even when it was hot outside! The garden is a real little paradise! We stayed 2 nights and had 2 really delicious meals cooked by the owner and his wife. We certainly will return.

GermanyUnfortunately there was mold in our room. The owner did take care of it - however he just painted over it.
The owner is very sweet, welcomed us with a tea and helped carry our bags. The garden is quite nice. The breakfast was ok - there was always one special thing (grilled pepper, pastry), apart from that it was white bread, cheese and cucumbers and tomatoes.

Lovely garden with lots of shade. Tasty breakfast with scrumptious cheese cigars (fried filo rolls) and fruit. Free tea all day. Great location near beach and Main Street. The rooms were big with a kitchen and washing machine. Short walk to Olympia ruins

United StatesRoom was not clean; it smelled like smoke; I got bedbugs; every day they did not have electricity for several hours and during the hottest hours of the day; property does not have a generator (so this can be potentially dangerous for guests during the high heat); men sit around and smoke all day; you cannot escape see the smoke; I was glad when I could leave
