The apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly upon our arrival. There was old food in the cupboards and fridge, including chicken and rice that were so old that they had gone mouldy and solid. To make this worse, no bin bags had been provided and there was only a tiny bin in the bathroom, so we could not easily dispose of this food. There were small bugs in the cupboards as a result. The kitchenette was very small and had been equipped with pots and pans, however there was no stove top to cook on? The kettle did not work and there were also no tea towels, so it was difficult to dry any dishes with the minimal amount of space in the kitchen. The sound proofing in the room was also not too good. The street was surprisingly quite busy and we hear a lot of noise from the cars driving past on the street below as well as the surrounding rooms.

The bed was very large and comfortable. The view was also very beautiful and we loved spending time on the balcony.

The kitchenette area was very small and the cupboards contained cookware, but nowhere to use it which was strange.

We loved our roomy room! The view was stunning and from the balcony, we could see the street below which was entertaining! The room had good air-con and the beds were very comfortable.

Cozy and clean little room a few steps from Ece marina. A/C works well and the other amenities are useful. The owners are very welcoming and the communication went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Access to our room was from the balcony only and the door was not really safe to my mind.

Appartments are located almost close to marina, but be careful with small children or if you have any disabilities, you would need to climb up to hill to reach the place. Appartments are clean, and the staff serving are very friendly and responsive.

The fact that we had to lug our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Be aware that there are no lifts!

The location was great as it was close to the Fethiye ferry port and the view from the room balcony was superb! The staff was accommodating and tried to help us as much as possible. We had to leave for the airport early and requested for an early. breakfast, and they complied with our request, which was very kind of them.

It’s a hilly road and required effort to walk up. Similar type rooms are available on different floor. It was communicated to us that it was first come first serve basis. So we got a room on the lower floor. Photo shows pictures from a higher floor.

The view from the property is nice. They were nice and gave us an upgrade for the second night to a sea view room.

Since the hotel is still under construction, I got the sound of drills, saws and other tools. + permanent workers, I didn't get a sense of privacy. I am sure that when all the work is completed, there will be a beautiful lounge area, perhaps a dining area, then the hotel will be worth the money. Now I got a hotel with a beautiful view, but an overprice. At the moment, you can find a hotel in Fethiye with breakfast and a beautiful view for $50-60 cheaper.

The hotel is brand new. This means that you will get all the furniture, bedding and plumbing only from the store. The staff keeps it clean. Yavuz- special thanks to you for your kindness. The view is absolutely stunning, close to the marina and the center.

I had a room with a sea view and from time to time cars were passing by, however with closed window and A/C it was comfortable to sleep.

The location is very close to the ECE Marina. Beds were very comfortable and the room was greatly equipped!

The co-owner was so rude. He gaslight us at every chance. There was no listening or customer communication. We booked two of the same rooms, only given one of the ones we booked, the other was not what we booked. He wouldn’t change it. The right room smelt of sewage. He offered another room that smelt of smoke. There was not compromise with a cancellation. Was told we can’t. By this stage we felt very unsafe and didn’t trust being there.

Although there were tea and coffee making facilities there was no tea or coffee available. We had our own so no biggy. No shower cap. Poor WiFi connection. No lift however the room and views made up for it.

We stayed in room 104-large room beautiful view, balcony with table and 2 chairs. Clean and a comfortable king size bed. Fully refurbished room. Great air conditioner! Amazing and attentive staff. Nothing was too much.

The apartment is meant to be self-catering, but facilitates were not accommodating. 1 knife, 1 cup and a microwave. Saucepans and frying pan provided but no hob to use. Cardiac arrest hill to climb up to the apartment was fine for us but it would not be suitable for people with walking difficulties or health issues. The hill is not mentioned in the property description, and it should.

This was a clean apartment with comfortable beds. The sea view is beautiful.

Wifi connection did not worked and even we told the management that wifi is not working, it was not fixed in 3 days. The hotel is located in the hill kind of and everyday walking there was kind of tiring.

Staff were terrible at communication! Didn’t provide any check in information and when we showed up we were just handed the keys and that’s it (no other information - wifi password, what time breakfast is, etc.) Wifi was terrible, and when I messaged staff about it, I had no response until my 5th message. Hill up to place is very steep and hard with luggage. Very noisy - construction work going on. Property states it is sound proof - this is not true, it seems like the opposite, couldn’t sleep as the noise from people and cars outside was so loud. Room a lot smaller than photos and we got one of the bottom rooms and had shared balcony with other room.

No elevator at the property and no reception. We met the restaurant staff by coincidence at 11 am and we gave her our luggage until it is time to check in. We returned at 8 pm, no on was there and we had to call the management to find the room key and the wifi password.

Tap in bathroom spurts water everywhere as sink is on a weird angle, no plates or bowls in kitchenette, bedding was very thin and pillows too flat for our liking.

The room was on the first floor with a shared balcony which was not what was shown in the photos while booking. better to stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor which is what the photos on the posting actually show. The room size also was smaller than what was shown in the photos while booking. The view was not great as there were hanging electrical wires right at eyelevel in front of the balcony. The kitchenette space was so small and tight that the cooktop would not fit on the counter. The cooktop also was given to later after check in. The handsoap was over and not refilled before our check in. They do not provide a duvet or comforter on the bed. A thin sheet called pique is given which barely covers 2 people. The lock on the door was a challenge to unlock and lock. There is no reception to help you nor is there anyone around until you contact the owner and he responds. We were provided with hand soap and extra sheets to cover us in place of duvets on request. It was a hassle to follow up on these coz no one wants to do this on a holiday. They provided us a cooktop later but funnily there was no place to put it on the counter coz there was already a microwave/sink and hot kettle. no space for anything other than these 3. quite silly! All in all a very ok stay!

The room was clean. We stayed on the first floor. Watch out for the flight of steps after the uphill climb of about 200 mtrs to reach the suites.
