RussiaIt was an awful experience, vacation was spoiled. This apartment is not in accordance with reality. They don't have a washing machine in their rooms. (It was in the description and capture of this apartment) Their WiFi is so weak, it not worked. The shower was broken. The fan (extractor hood) in the shower was not attached to the wall. The shelves were broken. They don't have a fan (extractor hood) in the kitchen (It was in the description and capture of this apartment). They hadn't cleaned the apartment since we were there (4 days). And when we arrived we found a lot of trash in the kitchen shelves. Bed linen was with a stains, we kindly asked them change for us. They did it. At one day without knocking women came inside the apartment at 15:45, we were naked and surprised! They promised to change the room after two days, but after two days they changed their mind and told us, they didn't have a free apartment. They dismissed from their words. Attitude of workers there was neglect and with a smirk. Don't trust their photos and description on the booking. All facilities were dirty and needed renovation.

EgyptIt's nothing like the pictures, the parking is not included, and very hard to find , the room was very depressing not at all lime the picture , the black out of the curtains are only half so the room is very bright at 6 am , the fridge wasn't working at all its only for storage , the shower handle in the bathroom is broken the bathroom itself was bigger than the room which was badly designed you can't even watch TV in the room. The bed blanket was dirty we had staff change it The obky good thing about the place was the location it was super anything was bad
