Location is perfect. İt is almost city center but quite. The metro station is nearby. The room is very clean. food is fresh in breakfast. Cannot say there is plenty of different meals but it is acceptable.

Room was small but cosy (enough for one night). Breafast was fairly ok served as buffet (but it wasn't turkish breakfast). Staff were friendly Good internet connection There was no problem with parking place. We could leave our luggage and car after check out

The hotel does need to be given a good update as it's looking a bit tired; however, the bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby both nights I stayed there. Nearby there are some nice restaurants that weren't expensive either

United States1. Smoked rooms: we changed 3 rooms because of the smoke smell in the room. It gets interesting later on when other guests are smoking in bathrooms and the strong smell of smoke comes to your bathroom!!! If you don't smoke at all it will kill you and I'll get headache. It's almost unrealistic to stay in the bathroom for more than 3 mins. 2. Dark rooms/poor lighting: I'll attach a photo. The room gets so dark after sunset. More than 60% of lights do not work!!! If you want to find anything in your luggage you'll have to turn on the flashlight on your phone. The manager declined to change our rooms. I am not sure, maybe the whole point of a 4 star hotel is that you come at night to sleep only. Who knows, they told me that all rooms are like this. So, Be aware of it! 3. Refrigerator: it generated heat instead of cold. I am serious. It did not work! I put beef in it and after 6 hours it was done. I had to throw it away. 4. They have a/c but it also generates heat instead of cold. It is dramatically hot in the room. So, I had tried to lower the temperature by using a/c. No luck! It has gone even worse. 5. Room clearness: well, it wasn't clean I found some dirt and spots on pillows. Very bad! (I'll attach a photo) 6. We didn't get long blankets for shower. We had to use short blankets. When you are 6.1 ft (182 cm) it's horrible!!! We didn't ask for daily cleaning. We just took water from the cleaning lady everyday. Well, she didn't ask to replace our shower blankets. Normally, they ask for our old ones and give us new ones in different hotels. Well, not in this hotel. 7. Functionality: they have a touchscreen system for "don't disturb" and "need clean". Well, it does not work!! So, if you want people to not disturb you, it is impossible because you can't turn it on. The reception told me it is Normal for their 4 star hotel and that they can't do anything! 8.

AustriaUnfortunately, the linens and the towels were not so clean. I had to cover the pillow with my shirt to feel better. The bed was not comfortable. The room and the furniture were relatively old. Some part look different than the photos. We were disappointed with price & comfort match
The location is great. We arrived late after midnight and took the fast train tomorrow. So, location was perfect for us, just a some minutes away from train citation.
