The hotel was very cold, no extra blankets. Could do with heaters.

Could hear the neighbours cause the walls are like paper thin. Room is small but not really a problem since you spend the day outside. A kettle would be great in the room.

No sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms Breakfast is not suitable for international tourists. No coffee, no fruit juice. Only tea, raw vegetables.

The decor was a bit dark so didn’t give out a good impression. Breakfast was not good. There was no bread/pastries, juices, etc. all they had was some cut vegetables and olives and jams.

Location was great. Just 5 minutes from Mevlana museum and 10-12 mins from cultural Center. The staff were quite helpful as well.

Nothing really. It is definitely not a new nor fancy hotel, but it's actually not that bad comparing with the overall rate.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and there're always tea and hot water available, love it. The location is amazing, close to almost everything you need to see in Konya. The facilities (mostly bathroom) might seem outdated for some people, but they are actually still good to use.

Breakfast was very basic and the same everyday. There wasn't much choice, no water,no juices and no milk.

Nothing to shout about. Old fashioned decor with 50+ years old items displayed in the reception area.

On a busy street close to the mosque, non guests in lobby not very friendly. Getting there from bus terminal was not easy.

Room was nice, good AC, nice bathroom and bed was comfortable. Close to all shops and sites. I really enjoyed my brief stay.

The people at the desk welcoming you were wonderful. Attentive, all questions addressed. The area was absolutely perfect. Near some of the major attractions. The room was very good, with comfortable beds. Our stay in Konya was one of the highlights of the vacation.

The room lacked a fridge, a TV, and an electrical kettle. To add, there was always some drilling on the floor I stayed at. This was totally inconvenient, and I did not get enough sleep. Moreover, breakfast buffet didn't have a variety of dishes, and whenever a dish was empty, the chef did not care to add missing food items.Staff as well did not go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable.

The location was superb about 200m far from Mevlana Meydan and Mosque. It was very close to city centre.

Very good value for money in the center of town. Konya cultural and history is presented in the hotel as well in the lobby.

Everything was bad, the air condition was not working, the safe box was not working, no amenities, the ground telephone was not working, room was too small. The hotel was very expensive compared to its facilities. it is not worth the money at all. Also booking charged more than what was described in the final receipt which was not acceptable and considered to be a fraud. Breakfast was horrible.

Rooms were old, bathroom wasn't nice, water leaked every where from the shower. They only allow to give one room key which was a pain as if I left the room with my family sleeping I couldn't return without disturbing them. The breakfast wasn't nice. Staff were friendly and helpful in arranging taxi etc

The breakfast has room for improvement.

All staff members, especially Osman, were exceptionally kind and helpful. The location was perfect, and the room size was extremely spacious. The lobby decoration was impeccable.

That room was definitely not cleaned before we checked in, toilet and bathroom full of mould and blackness. Breakfast was bad as well. The room was dusty and had to open the window to breathe. I dont think the hotel owner knows what bleach is….

Location was good to visit the mosques gave us free parking and wifi was decent
