The lighting in the rooms is not cozy, too cold light bulbs are used, warm light bulbs are recommended. Bedside lamp missing.

Hard to find any staff at reception. The rooms weren't cleaned every day. There was no furniture in the room to unpack our suitcases. No bar

We had a lovely stay. The location of the hotel is excellent close to the centre of the town. The pool is very nice and facilities are clean. Excellent breakfast and ver accommodating staff. Would definitely recommend.

Cave rooms were cool without needing air con. Pool was cold which was amazing with such hot weather. Staff really great at making sure everything was perfect.

Loud shaking in the morning from the balloons. I know this is not the hotel’s fault. We also enjoyed a balloon ride, so I appreciate the balloons.

We stayed here last week and then chose to stay again this week, because we liked it so much!

Swimming pool dirty. Need more repare, a Lot of broken things. The hotel hás some rugs and cushons on the área tô sit but were all dirty

beds are too soft, it is unfortunately a common issue in majority of hotels / apartments Gorem, in my opinion is too touristy. we might choose another town next time.

The lady managing the hotel is adorable. She is genuinely looking after her guests. The hotel is in the center of Gorem, located in a small quiet street, quite far from the noise of the main avenues all restaurants are at walking distance the breakfast is has a variety of choices, from Turkish cheese & herbs to classic cereals and honey. the rooms are nicely decorated with the expected comfort

Very cute family-run accommodation. The woman running it was extremely nice and helped us with all our queries, - like calling to make a reservation for a restaurant we wanted to try. The space is ample and nicely decorated, and located near some of the rock formations. They served a varied breakfast with very tasty options.

The owners and the entire staff were incredibly kind and helpful – we truly felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Although check-out was at 11:00 AM, they generously allowed us to use the garden and the pool until the evening, and we had no issues storing our luggage. This made our last day much more relaxing. The breakfasts were good – fresh and nicely presented, though nothing particularly memorable. We highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

The smell in the bathroom but nothing could be done about it unless they install automatic air fresheners. As its stone bathrooms there is no proper ventilation. So initial the smell can be off putting but you get used to it eventually.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views and location was the best. It was within 2 minutes walking distance from the main goreme high street with miles of stretch of road buzzing throughout the day and night with plenty of restaurants options. To the right of the main road you have access to key attractions all within 5-10minutes walking distances. Its very cosy and warm. Staff very friendly and kind.

The lady from the front desk was very atentive her customer service went above and beyond, she was always willing to hep with anything we needed. The room was comfy and had an amazing cave room ambientation.

We stayed with our family. Staff was very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay there. Location is perfect.The only thing they need improve the water quality and cleanliness in the pool.

Perfectly located to be close to the hot air balloon launching site and viewing deck. Amazing restaurants within 10 mins walk all around. Great breakfast and helpful staff!

A wonderful room in a beautiful hotel and set right in the middle of Goreme's magnificent geological formation.

Bungalows can be tight, as far as space is concerned. However some of the rooms are quite lovely, and very spacious. But sometimes lack a place to open a suitcase, or stow away one’s clothes. The “back yard” is a mess, parts resembling a junk yard.

Many areas to relax outside, around the pool, and in front of each accommodation. The bungalows are very very tight, hard to find space for a suitcase, let alone two. Very quiet. Great variety for breakfast, and lovely sunny space. The manager/owner is very sweet, does her best to make guests happy. Helped us find options when one of our rooms was not what it seemed online.
