How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewVery nice variety of food, thematic dinners, always a chance to eat or drink something. Nice cocktails. There is a small restaurant on the beach as well, free shuttle and sunbeds. Whole beach area is covered, it was needed in 47 degrees. Big pools. Beach cleaning and lifeguard staff was super helpful and enthusiastic. They kept the beach area safe and clean all day .There were entertainment programs day and night.
There were electricity and water issues every day. Almost stuck in the elevator. AC was leaking. In main building there was one elevator, we were placed on 3th floor, restaurant was on -2. Sometimes had to wait 5-10 mins for elevator or carry baby and stroller down. Cleaning was awful. Even when they came towels were not refilled we had to ask reception for towels. There was sand all over the room, hoovering and mopping were skipped and they promised minibar would be refilled but all we got was water. No soft drink refill at all. Its really nice that swans are folded from sheets but getting 2 towels for 4+1 makes you forget the plastic flowers put on your sheet. Cleaning lady entered the room despitw of do not disturb sign and woke us up, telling random words in german (we dont speak german and she knew). Kid pool is very slippery even for adults. In beach bar sometimes there was no staff for longer time. Water in the fridge was warm as the fridges were not working properly. Sea was very wavy. Not the hotels problem but better knowing it :).

Verified reviewCheck in wouldn't accept that we'd booked a 3 bedded room. They tried desperately to fob us off with a room that sleeps 3 - that clearly was not on our booking confirmation. Eventually, after we had carted our cases to 2 other rooms, we were given an 'upgrade' to a 3-bed - which we had actually booked in the first place.

Verified reviewThe staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entertainment team did an excellent job. The food variety was great, with different options each day, making it easy to find something you love.
The room had a strong, unpleasant smell whenever we opened the balcony—possibly coming from outside, including a foul toilet odor. We also experienced three days without electricity. The elevator service was slow and insufficient for the number of guests. Additionally, the bathroom lacked basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste.

Verified reviewEvening!!. Clean, safe for kids, fantastic food, coctail majstor excelent! Small Shop in the hotel, gym, clothing Shop, hair salon i wish i can stay there forewer ❤️. They also have privat beach 3 min walk or you can go ther with golf cart 🤣. On the beach you have also bar and restoran. FANTASTIC!!!

Verified reviewThe cleaning staff were amazing, the rooms were always clean. The food was fresh and delicious, a lot of options for everyone. The beach area had its own bar cafeteria so you didn’t have to go back to the hotel for lunch. The guest relations manager Refide was kind and supportive.
1. I arrived separate from my mom and she ordered a transfer from the airport for me 5 hours prior to my arrival. No one came to pick me up. To my mom’s question “why? She’s there by herself with no phone service” she got an answer from the so called front desk agent: “she’s a big girl. She’ll figure it out, go sit down somewhere”. So not only did they NOT send me a transfer, they shooed my mother away. I ended up standing at the airport entrance for an hour waiting for that transfer with no phone service (I obviously don’t have their SIM card and there’s no WiFi). Also their transfer is $60 while other transfers that are also “vip” cost $50. They don’t care that you’re already staying there, they want to rip you off for more. 2. There was sexual harassment from one member of the staff. They have little carts that take you to the beach and one time riding that one the driver decided he’s allowed in to put his hands on my thighs. It was absolutely disgusting, I felt horrible. The management took over a day to even talk to me, at first they said they couldn’t do anything cause I can’t prove it and I have to go to police. When I said that, alright, I’m going to the police - they invited that driver for a talk. And later I was told he no longer for them. I don’t know if it’s true. I don’t know if they actually fired him or sent him home for 3 days until I leave. Whey couldn’t answer questing “what would you do if I was I underage?” I do not recommend staying there if you have young daughters because it’s simply not safe and they can be sexually harassed by any member of the staff. 3. Before our last day one of the servers at the beach cafe came up only to me and my mom asking us for 10 dollars. I didn’t understand why, his explanation was that it was “for some girl” and that we should check our room and he’s gonna wait for us at dinner with that money. We actually decided to check out day earlier because of that, all things considered. 4.

Verified reviewThe hotel was so nice, lovely staff, we had a fantastic room for our family with a view to the pool, the pool was nice, food, drinks, the seaside just a short walk away and the markets are just 1 minute walk from the hotel so it is super easy to get anything you might need. The reception staff were very welcoming, and the whole hotel territory looked so beautiful, I really liked it! The rooms were simple but very nice comfortable beds, big tv with lots of channels, minibar. Room was a bit older but nice and clean, everything worked great, no problems. Also we had a beautiful very big terrace with a table and 4 chairs and 2 beach chairs. The pool could have been open til a bit later, maybe til 21.00 ...? But I have no complaints and I was very happy with my stay, especially with the children, it was such a nice easygoing and friendly hotel, everyone was very nice to them, everyone interacting with them, not too uptight. Also VERY good children's playground!
The pools were amazing, only thing that bothered me is that they wanted to start cleaning the main pool around 19.00-19.30, would have loved it to be open til a bit later because I like to swim literally whole day. But that was the time of dinner and nobody else but me wanted to be in water by that time anymore :D
