It would be great to include the dinner in to price of staying in the hotel. Overall experience was very great!

My mum stayed at the hotel, she loved the breakfast and the variety of food provided by the hotel staff. She admitted the friendly staff at the hotel, they politely asked her questions and helped her to reschedule the transfer from the hotel to the airport. She loved the transfer back and forth to the airport. So my mum recommends the hotel for those who travel to Istanbul.

- The restaurant was expensive and it had really small portions. The chicken was also not traditionally made like I expected. The food tasted good nonetheless.

- The staff were the best part. They immediately came to assist in carrying the luggage inside. They also accommodated us throughout the stay really well - One of the staff, Yildrim, I don't know if I got his name right was amazing. As we were leaving, he ran to the car and gave us some jewellery we forgot at the room. This was great and I've never seen this kind of service before - It was really close to the Airport

Room very small. Little room for two suitcases and two people requiring twin beds. Most important is that there is nothing within walking distance in the way of stores and restaurants.

I elected to take an extended stopover on a flight between Argentina and Thailand in order to break the trip up and get a good sleep in a comfortable bed. And the Operla did not disappoint. The room was very comfortable but most importantly it was very quiet. From reading other reviews of the area I was worried about aircraft and mosque noise but thanks to the Operla double glazing neither registered above a murmer. As I was in a back room traffic noise also not an issue. This might not be the case if you are in a front, road side room. Overall, for the purpose of getting a good night's sleep between flights - perfect.

The staff is just amazing and room comfort is second to none. The hotel is just about 10 min drive from the airport, hence a perfect spot for connecting flights. There is a shop and a great kebab restaurant nearby (really tasty) We would happily come back again.

The service of the hotel was great. The front desk was very helpful with everything. We only stayed to sleep since we had an early tour booked. The hotel room was a good size for having a full and twin bed. The bathroom was a bit small but still very nice.

The trash bin was not empty in the toilet, they should clean thoroughly everything between guests.... we did not have the complimentary tooth brush, that the other 2 rooms (my students) had. I had to request toilet paper, has it didn't have a spare one. Again I think because who did the cleaning didn't do everything that was supposed.... Apart from that everything good

The location is close to the airport but the area around the hotel is still developing.

The hotel is close to the airport and was easy to get to with a rental car. The family room was big enough for a family of 4 and a baby. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the jacuzzi bath was actually very relaxing and enjoyable.
