I stayed at this hotel back in 2015. Compared to that time, the management and services were weaker. The new buildings had taken away its unique architectural charm. The quality of renovations was quite poor, but overall, I’m satisfied.

Had to move tables with food plate to get away from smokers at the outdoors dining, bedroom air conditioning not working so balcony door open to sleep to loud techno disco noise from 10 pm to midnight daily, had a bad fall tripping on the foot high unmarked circular ledge at the orange terrace bar.

Staff were not very friendly. They seemed miserable and like they were being forced to do their job. Some of the staff that I interacted with didn’t speak Turkish or English very well. Staff in the dining area in particular always looked incredibly unhappy to be there. Overall the staff were very young and I wondered if they had any experience in hospitality. They almost seemed scared of interacting with people. Staff morale being low really impacted the feel of the hotel stay and would be a reason why perhaps I might not book again.

Facilities were great! I loved the outdoor strip which felt like its own street with shops, cafe and bar along the strip. Due to the weather I didn’t get to make the most of the outdoor pools but they looked so inviting and it was still fabulous to sit in the sun and drink coffee beside them. Food was great although not much variety- the same meals were served each day. Perhaps because it was the off season when I visited. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was lovely to go for a walk to shops and restaurants. A hire car was needed to go and visit Antalya’s sites, but car parking onsite was easily accessible.

What I suggest the hotel is, please play a light/soft music, not a harsh music at lobby as the guests are gonna take some relaxing time together while drinking and talking. Besides, do not disturb the quiet environment of the hotel beach by playing loud music after 12 midnight disco. Many guests would like to listen to the sea waves at midnight, not the disco music :)

The quality, quantity, and freshness of food were great. The entertainment/animation team was unique. The hotel relationship was greatly helpful, especially Maria, who put 100 percent. The staff were friendly. The location was extraordinary.

Bad working WiFi, you need each time fill the same forms to connect. Terrible ventilation system in SPA and Gum, no fresh air there.

Most of the good food were over soon and not getting charged. You could see lines of people waiting for food, drinks, and snacks in some places.
