Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Check in time took so long. A/C not working in reception area. Staff at reception were not helpful as: 1- check in took long time. 2- they did not even bother themselves to offer us drinks as we waited long time in reception and A/C not working. 3- I asked for someone to help me with baggages and they said no one here help yourself even with trolly they told me it’s there go and take it. I don’t know why this attitude in such hotel!!!

Hotel room was rather tired. Lighting in the room was very limited. The hotel is located outside of the centre in a rather industrial area with plenty of factories around. Be careful on match days as the hotel is located very close to the football stadium.
The hotel itself has all the basic needs you would need. Elevators are new and the hotel has a great parking area upfront which can accommodate plenty of vehicles.

Towels and furniture are old ; needs replacment.

It’s a bit far from the attractions in Samsun.
The bed was really comfortable,friendly staff and nice breakfast. We had a small problem with the door key, but the reception was quick to solve the issue .

the second room we took had smoking smell, it looked like that they allowed smoking on a NON smoking floor. We told them we want to change rooms, they changed but we forgot our luggage so we CLEARLY said to the staff we need a keycard to access our old room, and the staff was like: “my friend will help you” but the security that took us to the room didn’t have keycard, so we waited a few minutes. Not really pleasant, bit waste of time.
Good rooms, not connecting, creative and new, and location is ok

Very minor but the bathroom was showing signs of tiredness. Wallpaper starting to peel off the wall but overall very happy with the hotel.

One downside was that the air conditioner was leaking into the room. Also, the hotel is located in an industrial area, so the view is not very nice and the surroundings are a bit noisy
The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good start to the day. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I was also able to stay with my small dog in the room without any issues

Could not get an apartment from this scammer. At some point they stopped responding in WhatsApp when I had arrived at night. I had to urgently look for another hotel for the family at midnight.

- everything was very dated and somewhat broken in the room/bathroom. The carpet had lots of stains, the windows were very dirty. In the bathroom everything was half broken if you touched it. - the aircon was not very powerful, quite loud and slightly smelly, and the room was very humid despite of it. - it was just not at the standard it should be at for the price that was paid. And that breakfast was not even included.
- Friendly staff - parking directly in front of the hotel - easy to reach from the highway (although it is in an industrial area)
