The elevator closest to our room was not working. It wasn't a big issue though as there was another elevator too. On the third floor there were no balconies, it was a bit hard to dry clothes and towels. The light switches did not work reliably.

The signage could be a bit better - as especially when you arrive it can be overwhelming - and confusing. Also to have an app would be more suitable - where guests could sea maps/ options for entertainment- similar like tui pascha blue resort. Also one thing to note - that quite few tourists put their towels from 5-6 am and some sometimes show up only after lunch - there should be some rules - if bed is not used for an hour it will be removed automatically - as otherwise guesta need to face unpleasant situations .

The room refrigerator is empty, with no beverages or snacks provided, only few bottles of still water. The quality of the included alcoholic cocktails could be better. Also, there are no complimentary snacks available on the beach or by the pools, which would make the experience more convenient.

Tasty food, with a great variety to choose from. The territory is huge and beautifully green, perfect for walks and relaxation. There are fun slides for both adults and kids, making it enjoyable for the whole family. The staff is very helpful and friendly, which makes the experience even better.

Aqua park and swimming pools are really great both for adults and kids. Garden is so tidy and green, area is clean. Staff are great, easy to communicate, polite and helpful. There is a special beach for sea.

The alcohol is very watered down, almost non-existent, but I suppose that's the same with every all inclusive hotel, they have options to pay for your alcohol, but that kind of defeats the point of going all inclusive. Perhaps they should have the proper drinks included in the all inclusive and have a no alcohol included option? Good location for the beach, but not within walking distance of anything else, but not an issue if you don't plan to leave the complex. Taxi in to side is only about 12-15 euro each way, but that adds up if you do it a few times, although most restaurants in side will pick you up from your hotel for free if you pre-book. The shop on site is selling things well above any reasonable price. If you walk 20 minutes in to the nearest little town everything there that you need.

Great personnel, professional life guards, cool animation team. Wide variety of sports and fitness classes, including archery; daily events, family activities, shows et c.

We go there like every 2 weeks almost, like this hotel. Beach is just in front of hotel, sandy, just with 2 lines of annoying little stones, but with water shoes no problem. Food is the best, one of few hotels with well made food, thank you for that, keep the quality please! Rooms are great with good walls, so we didnt hear anyone, just at bathroom through ventilation, but thats ok.

They barely put any air conditioners in the dining halls where they host the buffet so it gets hot in the summer. They can easily solve it bas adding more air conditioners but they refuse to. Due to how big the complex is, there is some walking to to do to get to some facilities (like getting the beach towels and going to the beach bar).

Everything is organized and clean. The room was spacious and it was kept clean. The food was decent with a wide selection, you'll definitely find somethings you'll like. They look after their facility with constant cleaning of the roads and the beach showers. The staff are nice and helpful.

The rooms could be renovated. But we noticed it only upon arrival. It wasn't awful or anything.

The staff was really helpful, very dedicated. We had an issue with the card payment (didn't know that the GeoControl feature had to be disabled) and the staff used all possible options to help us out. Absolutely wonderful, many thanks for that. There was a variety of food, the quality/taste was quite good (especially of the meat and chicken dishes). I'd say everyone can find something to their taste. The water park was great, the pools are wonderful, the water quality is very good. The sea is warm and clean. The beach is not 100% sandy, the entrance into the sea is a bit pebbly, but it's still fine. Every evening there was some party or show still it was quiet in the rooms. The ancient city of Side is 10 minutes by bus (bus No 11 to Side and bus No 10 from Side). The bus stops right in front of the hotel. Ask the security if you have doubts. We all loved the stay (adults, 11 year-old boys and a baby).

The only issue is that, despite the pool area being quite large with plenty of spaces, it can be difficult to find sunbeds if we arrive late. It's best to reserve a spot early. Additionally, the cutlery in the restaurants could be improved, especially the knives, which are not very effective for cutting during meals. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

My family and I enjoyed a seven-night stay at AQI Pegasos with my two children, aged 13 and 9. It was an absolutely fantastic experience, surpassing all my previous visits to other resorts in Antalya. Traveling from Norway every year, I can confidently say this was one of the best holidays we've had. We especially loved the excellent variety of food served during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, encompassing many international cuisines. I truly appreciate the kitchen manager at AQI Pegasos for providing such an outstanding selection of dishes. In comparison, my four-night stay at VONRESORT offered limited food options, which was less satisfying. My children adored the special ice cream served once a week during dinner, a delightful treat. The pool was excellent—clean and well-maintained—and we never experienced any health issues despite spending plenty of time there each day. The evening entertainment shows were also excellent. The beach area is conveniently attached to the resort, and in the evenings, the cool, refreshing sea breeze was perfect for relaxing at the sea bar with coffee or cold drinks. Overall, I highly recommend AQI Pegasos for an outstanding family vacation experience 💚

Although the resort is All-inclusive, there were still many things you had to pay for which stretched the budget. For example a kettle with some tea and coffee in the room for 7 days was 18 EUR, and it literally only had 4 coffee sachets in, which weren't refilled. Also my wife had to visit the doctor on site for an emergency. The service was excellent, but the price was four times higher than similar treatments in EU, which I feel is milking the travel insurance companies. Still waiting for a decision from my travel insurance if they will pay the 2700 EUR I had to pay out of my own pocket!

There was always food available and the food was very good quality. The water park was very good with lots of rides and what was also nice is that it stayed open for most of the day (except for a 1.5 hours break over lunch). this meant the rides were never crowded and there were more than enough tubes in good condition.

Great staff, good choice of food. Nice and fun aquapark inside the hotel, indoors pool where you can cool off. Territory is big therefore you don't feel overcrowed, except at the main pool. There are some activities including watersports and diving. Good place to stay withtl the family. Car parking is not big, yet if staff regulate the car parking spaces, it would fit more cars, but you can saefly park besides hotel territory. Overall we liked it!

It was April and nights were cold. I don’t mean slight chill, it was proper cold and according to the reception staff the ACs were set for cooling not heating. We asked for heaters and there were none as limited number of them were allocated to other guest. They sent us blankets but it was far too cold to sleep. Nights became nightmare. I would strongly suggest to check the weather conditions before booking as you would feel far too cold.

The only thing I did not like was coffee. What we had in the all inclusive package had hardly anyting in common with the real coffee, and even extra paid coffee in one of bars was awful.

Although I don't have much experience with all inclusive hotels (I've been in four or five such hotels), this one was definitely the best. Everything was better than I expected: excellent food, great swimming pools and the water park (my nephews, 13 and 8 years old were amazed), direct access to a big and sandy beach, the fastest Wi-Fi I've ever had in any hotel (working outside of buildings, too), and not so many Russians (which is pretty unusual for Turkish hotels from what I've heard). Of course, there are probably plenty more luxurious hotels, but if you're looking for something really good in a reasonable place, this hotel will not disappoint you.
