Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRadisson Blu Istanbul Review 14th to 19th Aug We were welcomed on arrival with an upgrade to a more superior room, with a view of the local mosque. The room had all the higher level facilities including: an iron, hair dryer, separate bath and double headed shower with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The bedroom itself was big, spacious and clean with a super king, extremely comfortable bed. In this case, we can’t do a review without mentioning the amazing facilities of: outdoor and indoor pools, bar, jacuzzi, sizable sauna, steam room and gym. These were all first class quality and quite frankly unforgettable. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, from the friendly housekeeping to the knowledgeable conciege and helpful receptionists. Notable names include Furkan a guest relation manager and Kerem a conciege who gave us advice and directions on places we wanted to go every time we left for the day or evening. The hotel is situated within a 3 minute walk from the metro (which we’d highly recommend you use as it’s very cheap and close to all the places you will want to visit in Istanbul). The hotel has nearby supermarkets, souvenir shops, clothes shops, a bakery with traditional breakfast options as well as several pharmacies and a shopping centre.

AustraliaRoom was not serviced/cleaned between first night and second. Non-smoking room but it still smelled of cigarettes & smoking. Perhaps curtains & bedding need deep clean? Strange that pool towels were not available at the pool bar. Only available upstairs at spa desk. Rather inconvenient. Also unsure why elevator did not stop at Level 4 for pool access. Had to use staircase. Room access card did not operate elevator easily. Had to insert multiple times to operate.
Great location, friendly staff (especially Kerem at Concierge as he provided excellent directions to catch train/tram to Basilica Cistern & other locations), clean & comfortable room & facilities. Loved the executive lounge access and would recommend to pay the extra to have access to this facility.
