Location is 5 minutes from the Hagia Sophia, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice outdoor terrace, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking this hotel!

It was well situated with a view of the Bosphorus and in the old city. It is quirky, built over ancient rooms and with central courtyards. You can walk to many of the main attractions. The staff were friendly. Our room was well appointed, including a marble bathroom. Breakfast was delicious.

Be awarw of the stairs in the street you need to use to reach the main entrance. There is an additional entrance with not so many stairs which can be used if You ask.

Everything was so nice! The staff was very friendly, location is very convenient (though you have to get some stairs considering Istambul streets are steep) Room very clean, they allowed us to do esrly check in! We were so glad I highly recommend it

Fantastic location. Most major sites walkable. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff extremely helpful with any requests. We organised a lot of tours, drivers & things to do through the hotel . The breakfast buffet is amazing The staff assisted us in watching a game of rugby league on an Australian free to air tv Chanel. They spent over an hour trying yo access the game for us. We are very appreciative of this wonderful customer service. The staff take this hotel to the next level.

Early morning checkin 2am went without any problem , escorted to my very comfortable and quiet room which was spotless and a welcome bowl of fruiti. All of the staff are very welcoming and front desk took the time to show me the quickest route to Saltanamet square which was very close

there is no adaptor that you can borrow, you need to purchase one from them. communication was not sent to guests in advance that the water wont be available the next day consistency of breakfast items, there was a day that there were more variety of the breakfast items housekeeping forgot to put the lotion in the bathroom we were at the first floor when I requested on a higher floor

location is really good beautiful interior, really pretty paintings and ceramics there was a day that the breakfast was sooo good and lots of variety! staff were all kind and helpful there is free water they gave fruits on the first day and a surprise gift on the last day!

Wonderful service. The hotel is located in the historical district of Sultanahmet and less than a 5 minute walk to some of Istanbul’s greatest gems, including Hagia Sofia (and the must-see museum/interactive experience dedicated to it), Topkapi palace, Blue mosque and the Basilica cistern, as well as with close access to public transport. The rooftop breakfast was unforgettable- both for the view and the high quality of the food. Staff - including the receptionist, porters, breakfast attendants and the cleaning lady - were always happy to help (e.g preparing omelette on demand) and provided us with many tips on places to visit, transport, etc.

Being picky, mainly because I prefer to take a bath, no bath in the bathroom only a shower. Having said that the shower was a great size.

The location was brilliant the ambience and atmosphere of the old city, lots of cafes/restaurants and perfect for sight seeing everything was within walking distance. Breakfast at the roof top restaurant was fabulous with spectacular views of the Bosphorus and the city. The hotel staff were exceptional so welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Spacious room very clean and beds very comfortable. Definitely stay there again when I go back to Istanbul.

It is a wonderful hotel close to the main attractions of old Istanbul. The location is excellent. It is close to the train station, so it is easy to reach not only the old city but also other main attractions, like the Grand Bazaar or the Galata Tower, and Yedikule Castle as well. The Hotel is very clean, they are cleaning all day. Breakfast is excellent. If the weather permits, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy your breakfast while looking at the sea and the beautiful panorama. However, you have to be careful of the seagulls that will try to steal your food. Rooms are not so big, but good. But to be honest, I have to say that if you need a bigger room, that is also available, so the decision is yours. For me, only the mattress of the bed was too soft (I would say extremely soft), so it was not comfortable for my back. The employees are very nice, they help with everything. You can ask them without any hesitation if you have any problems.

Fabulous location and facilities. Front desk and restaurant staff were polite and couldn’t have been more helpful. Bed was so comfy and room was really quiet - there was no noise from outside. If I travel to Istanbul this is where I would want to stay again.
