This was our 4th stay at Radisson Residences Avrupa TEM Istanbul, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. Their consistency in delivering top-notch service, comfort, and amenities is why we exclusively choose them whenever we travel to Istanbul or need an overnight stay in the city en route to other countries and this time, we were thrilled with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival! From the warm welcome at check-in to the immaculate rooms, every detail is perfected. The apartments are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean—ideal for both short layovers and extended stays. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff’s attentiveness. They remember our preferences from previous visits, making us feel like valued regulars rather than just guests. Whether it’s arranging early check-ins or offering local travel tips, their professionalism shines. We’ve tried other hotels in Istanbul, but none match the reliability and comfort of Radisson Residences Avrupa. It’s more than a hotel; it’s our Istanbul home. No big buses or metro near to the hotel but taxis are always available

We had a great experience at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and at ease. The reception team was incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Hamza—his warm smile and friendly attitude truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. It was a relaxing and comfortable environment throughout our stay. Overall, we were really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The lack of a restaurant was a disadvantage and the restaurant they use for food was expensive for the quality and quantity of food given. The hotel lighting is very dim which gives the place a dingy feel, which is not good because it is a nice hotel. I was actually afraid when I arrived. Please make the place brighter, decorative lighting at the lobby would be nice.

The staff was exceptional, the apartment was spacious and very comfortable.

A special thanks to Hamza at the reception, who was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. He, along with the entire staff, showed exceptional hospitality, great manners, and a genuine willingness to make the guests feel at home. The cleanliness, facilities, and overall services were outstanding. The apartment was spacious, the beds were super comfortable, and the view was simply beautiful. I was also kindly offered an apartment upgrade and a late check-out, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Having stayed at many hotels around the world, I can confidently say this is one of the finest experiences I’ve had. Thank you, Radisson Residences—Istanbul’s best!

Very expensive breakfast (20 EUR), not so many choices. Swimming cap must be purchased (200TL) if you would like to swim.

Good location, bus station and metro in the nearby. Nice view from upper levels. Booked apartman with one bedroom but they give us bigger with two bedrooms for free.
