After checking in; they gave us a room with a bed with broken chipboard...After contacting to the reception; they gave us a new room immediately...On the other hand; be sure to avoid staying in roof rooms as they are hotter and the balconies have concrete high walls...

It's in the middle of nowhere, with no beach reachable by walk. You need a taxi to go anywhere. The swimming pool is cold after lunch (shadow all the afternoon)

My bathroom stank so bad during my whole time there I asked a few times for it to be fixed but it only got fixed on my last 2 nights. The grass was dry aswell outside they didn’t water it so it didn’t look nice when I was around the pool. The pool water was so cold too!

I’ve now stayed at 3 different Ramadas and each have gotten worse and worse. I don’t think I will stay in another r Ramada again.

The bathroom appliances are old and mouldy, it doesn’t look like in the pictures. The bed is not extremely comfortable and the bedsheets were not fitted. The room is okay, but the bathroom doesn’t feel at all like a 4 star hotel, pretty disappointing and it’s not worth the money.

The views are nice, the lobby area looks pretty and the pool is not too bad either. The bedroom has a cute balcony facing the sea and mountains. Diverse and rich breakfast options

Service could’ve been better. The airport transfer was a total mess! The booking suggested that the hotel would be able to arrange that but all they did is to put me in touch with a private taxi company who expected to be paid in cash and took 2 days to write an invoice. Then sometimes they could put room service on the hotel bill but the breakfast had to be paid upfront. Card readers upon checkout didn’t work and wifi was painfully slow. Room service would frequently get orders wrong but also correct it without complaining. Generally their English was quite poor, which was probably the main cause of their below par service rather. Didn’t try the spa but the pool area looked good. Also: almost not international/ English TV channels at all! Not even BBC world or CNN. But that seems to be a bit of a sad trend in Turkey.

Nice views if you’re having sea view. I had garden/ sea view which was also nice but there’s a bit of a construction site to also look at.

When check in I waited 30-45 minutes at least to clean the room! But they offer me tea , also the gym equipment was not what I expected, and they pay me a full accommodation 1 night for being late to check out it’s my mistake but they can be a little more understanding especially when the hotel has a little bit occupied

The stay at the hotel was okay but not exceptional. Unfortunately, the staff's lack of English communication skills prevented us from receiving the required service. We booked the steam room for 8:00 PM, but it was closed when we arrived due to a misunderstanding. Additionally, the bathroom was not in the best condition. Breakfast was adequate, and the location was decent, though there was a lot of construction around.

The water of the hotel is salty, ifk maybe they use the sea water , everything in the room is just very old !!!! The passing inbtw the rooms is very dirty The food of the restaurant is very not tasty . The room cleaning is not daily, there was day that they didn’t clean , they dont clean anyway , they just do organize the bed and that’s it . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The roads around the property are still not paved, the bed sheets, blankets and pillows are that of very low quality. They are worn out and old although it’s a new hotel. From all the staff at the Hotel only one spoke English which made our stay extremely difficult.

Terrible experience! The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the toilet smelled awful. It was impossible to stay comfortably. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid if you care about hygiene!

The hotel marketing photos were completely misleading, the rooms and public areas were completely outdated old and smelled like damp and mould. I had to change my room on the first night as I was not able to sleep due to the strong damp and mould smell, the new room was slightly better but still smelled of damp and mould. I will not stay here again.

Looked very run-down. The materials used were apparently not good. So unfortunately everything looked broken or no effort was made to repair the broken areas in the rooms. Stuff said that the hotel is only one year old, but unfortunately it doesn't look like that.

Swimming pool was too cold to enjoy & was set between 2 buildings which caused a wind tunnel.

Great facilities, helpful staff, wide range of breakfast options & restaurant for dinner. Lovely gesture of fruit plate in our room on arrival. Appreciated a massage in the spa area which was amazing. Great view from the balcony but I had miscalculated the west direction for the sunset.

Breakfast was a disaster, no options whatsoever, the coffee smelled burned and tasted even worse. The road leading to the hotel wasn’t developed and almost damaged my car trying to reach the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and bed sheets haven’t been changed in 5 days we stayed there even though we told them 2 times about it, and the bathroom tap and shower head were damaged and leaking. AC could not be adjusted in the room and even though we called the technician, he couldn’t fix it.

Honestly, I didn’t like anything about this hotel.

Facilities should be improved. such as indoor pool. outdoor pool was small and water was so cold that we could barely swim. variety of breakfast and drinks was not compatible to a 5 star hotel. (no fresh juice and good coffee). staff of the restaurant were not friendly.

The property was neat and clean. It was quiet and suitable to chill and relax. staff were helpful and respectful.

Great location view wise and not too far from cesme Dalyan or adjoining areax but one needs to have your own car to go about. Everything is accessible n near with your own transport.
