The double bed has very soft matrice. It's not comfortable for sleeping.

Location: it was close to IKEA which was an important criteria for us.

The house keeping are so bad, they didn't clean well (they didn't change the bed sheets) They didn't wash the cups or add the daily water bottels or even the nescafe, tea, etc.. They left the windows opened in this freezing weather, for more than 7 hrs!!

All reception staff are amazing, helpful and always do their best to provide help with a lovely smile. The room is very cozy The location is nice as there are a lot of shops and resturants around, Bim shop is on the opposite side, near to metro and bus station. The room service are so fast and get a very fresh breakfast to room Overall it is a good hotel except the house keeping

My room was non smoking room but we got cigarettes smell coming from the other room next to us which was disturbing

Take a seat it will be long... I gave up after a few rounds but they were not able to charge me with the agreed EUR amount due to machine setup, I am a bit sceptical if it was really my card as it took 10 seconds everywhere else. Finally the offline manual card entry method worked. First night I was unable to sleep because of the noise from the street. There is 0 noise reduction and the top 2 floors are smoking, very poor design. It is not the size of the room really what is terrible, but the layout. Corner rooms are the worse you can't pass without risking to hit the TV. Not a big fan but the channel selection is disappointing. I changed room to one "others like" and I tell by experience there are a lot of worse around here but the reason I decided to cancel the stay and change hotel was the bathroom. No enough space for anything. Not having even a vanity kit granted is just the cream on the pie. The Internet use is a bit more complicated, you need to log in with your passport, but I guess the poor network bandwith requires to not let others using it. The iron was secured into the wardrobe which I could easily take as an offense. Especially as it was burn already, why would I steal it. I am not obsessed vith view but seeing the next building everyday life is not what I expected. The breakfast is not bad, but you can have a lunch for the same price with soup and drinks in the close restaurant and the selection is rather limited. Laundry prices were also crazy, for one week stay value of clothes you can buy a washing machine to the room. 😉 The most annoying is to have the payment in advance for a week so I could only pass to somewhere else after a week. (Maybe I could force but I gave my word...) Funny fact, same chain, five stars hotel not so far with all the perks has same daily rate with breakfast inclusive. I can't imagine how on Earth it is fully booked...

The staff was trying really hard to cover for the shortcomings but we play the card we were dealt with. A free breakfast when I complained for the wrong charge on my card, and hopefully I will get back the wrongly charged amount as promised.

-The desk size was good but not suitable for work in Twin Room -The air-conditioning didn't work at all -Someone came to my room at 1 A.M while I was are at sleep :) ... It happened one more time the next day early in the morning -The reservation staff must be more trained

We stayed one night there and hotel fully match to our requirements and expectation. Check- in was quick . The room was reasonable size and clean. Bed comfortable. Good choice and quality of food for breakfast. Plenty cafes and restaurants around.

The behavior of the staff

Ramada encore hotel is run by a set of thugs. I have booked for two persons and they were saying that after first time registration, I can't have a different co-guest for the remaining days. However, they can do it for a 200 lira fee! How hypocratic. When I asked for a receipt, I was told the acutal extra guest fee is 150 TL. The hotel management should take serious note. It's in the middle of no-where, and therefore only stay if you want distance from the crowsd
