You won’t be able to get a taxi without getting totally ripped off in this very touristy area- no one here will take you anywhere on a meter. They give you an extortionate price in Euros (eg to visit land of legends which is around 9 miles away they want 60-70 euros return trip- on the uber app it shows it should be 20 but no one will accept your uber request) the hotel is quite small and so is the pool area. It’s clean and the food is nice and fresh - but don’t expect to be wowed. If you’re used to Delphin/Rixos standard or luxurious settings then don’t stay here. I’d rather go a little out of peak season and stop at the Delphin Be grand! If you get a great price and it’s your only option then it’s good enough.

Location is ok. On Lara beach right opposite the Delphin hotels and on a stretch of road where there’s loads of shops selling ‘designer’ things! And it’s about 10 mins away from the airport so a very short transfer time. If the weather is hot you won’t want to walk to the beach as it’s a 5-7min walk across the road. They do provide an adequate shuttle which does the loop every 15 mins until midnight. Beach area is lovely with a sandy beach and a little restaurant on the beach which is included in your all inclusive. They also have an area on the beach for your entertainment as there is no space at the hotel to do that.

People still reserved sun beds with towells everyday. Smoking round the pool was off putting. Bar was often under staffed and queuing. Rooms were not cleaned. We were there for 4 nights and floors never swept or washed and bedding not changed. Towels were changed daily. Staff were not always helpful but could be language barriers. Snacks were not always available at stated times. Evening entertainment was a miss and very loud every night.

Variety of food but hot food for vegetarians was limited.. I have an allergy to bell peppers and everything available had peppers in it. There is lots of salad and pizza and hot bread options. Tables were cleaned and cleared quickly. Food was refilled often. Spa was amazing and good value. Free beach shuttle was excellent and th3 beach has a brilliant set up.

The front desk staff were very unwelcoming considering we have travel for a long time. They didn't want to look at our booking reference and we were overcharged. We were charged a different from the booking.com offer. The gym was managed therfore most of the time you had children under 15 using the equipment.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it wasn’t the worst. The all inclusive food was repetitive but, to be expected as this is the case in most all inclusive. There isn’t too much in the immediate area but again this isn’t a problem for me as we wanted a relaxing week by the pool and beach, with all inclusive so no need for restaurants and bars anyway.

Great views of big impressive buildings in the area, hotel staff were all great, happy to help and friendly. They all worked so hard and nothing was too much for them. The entertainment programme was good, with access to the two bars in the hotel plus the beach bar with a great entertainment set up too. Sunbeds are free and there is a free short shuttle bus across the road to the beach if the walk in the heat is too much. Good cocktail menu under the all inclusive package, helpful staff in reception organising excursions. Snack bar and ice cream/cakes available to use pretty much all day.

Room was very dim, specially the living room in Family suite. I get the idea of dim lights in bedroom but living room should have proper lighting where you can sit with family and enjoy time. At night it was very very dim. Bathroom and room was cleaned everyday, the room cleaning service was great but i think there was some issue with the room we got, the bathroom smelled continuously, it was very bad and we had to use the bathroom in the lobby

Our room 4407, had a strong on and off smell of old urine from the day we arrived and for the whole week. Despite room service cleaning everyday the source couldn’t be identified. The WiFi was intermittent and not available throughout the hotel.

Location- close to shops and bazaars, Variety of dishes, friendly staff, spa- I had a lovely Turkish bath and massage.

The breakfast choices were not great. Lunch and dinner were a lot better. The WiFi connection in the rooms were poor at night but decent throughout the day. Could have had fridges in rooms stocked with basic drinks.

There was no beach as advertised.

I love how the staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet service was very good quality meals, with lots of options. Very clean environment. Housekeeping did an amazing job, always available to tidy up.

Pool area was rammed. Although there are signs everywhere about the reservation of sunbeds not being allowed, no-one took any notice! We spent all week on the beach which was lovely. No choice of alcohol free beer which is available as standard everywhere else we've been.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Large variety of good food. The beach is wonderful with plenty of sunbeds. The bars and restaurants down there are excellent too. On the whole the staff were friendly and helpful but there were a couple that didn't appear to enjoy their job!
