Our experience at Richmond Resort was truly exceptional. The resort offers a variety of outstanding services that ensure ultimate comfort, relaxation, and rejuvenation. What made our stay even more remarkable was the warm and professional attitude of the staff, especially Ms. Samia Mohamed, who was extremely helpful and welcoming upon our arrival. Although the air conditioning in our room was initially warm, Ms. Samia addressed the matter in an excellent manner that fully satisfied us. We sincerely thank her for her exceptional hospitality and kind cooperation.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Sapanca.The mountain view from the property is absolutely breathtaking — a perfect way to start and end the day. The hotel facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from. A special thanks to Samia at the reception for her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway in Sapanca.

Everything was too perfect – it’s suspicious.

I came here to relax. I ended up questioning if I should sell everything and move in permanently. 10/10 would escape reality here again. The staff were so friendly I started wondering if I owed them money in a past life.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is the perfect place if you're looking for a calm and relaxing time with your friends or partner. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the restaurant serves very tasty food with fast, high quality service. A big thank you to Samia, who made our stay even better. She was super helpful and always available when we needed anything. She speaks Arabic, English, and Turkish, which made communication very easy. Make sure to ask for her, she’s amazing! We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service.

The rooms are not quite good. The pillows are not that comfy. The bathroom door was bad and it’s really heavy when trying to close. The rooms service takes long time to bring the luggage.

The overall location is great. And the food is actually great. Ms. Samia is really amazing and supportive. She helped us a-lot during our stay.
