Stayed here with my father for a total of 10 days. Great place. The choice of food is excellent. The facilities are beautiful. The beach club is a short walk away and it's nice and pretty. The sea view is fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. Should we ever come back to Antalya we'd be staying here again. Special thank you to Yunus at the reception desk. That upgrade to rooms with the sea view did make a difference to our daily experience.

It is a very busy hotel during summer season The majority of residents are families along with their kids so it can be very noisy in the lobbies , restaurants and common areas. So if you are searching for a calm stay it might be tough to cope with crowded spaces. Also given the big number of families and kids, hotel can put more effort in cleaning.

Very good hotel , amazing Spa & gym. Access to the beach with shuttle service. It includes all facilities to spend a nice vacation. Restaurants, cafes, sports, beach, spa, pool, gym, entertainment, etc… the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Especially the guest relations. Land of legends is a must visit and staying at Rixos gives you free entrance and free play. This is a great add on. Huge buffet with lots of varieties of foods The hotel is huge and you can chose among lot of options where to spend your time.

There should be a soft drink option for the all inclusive as we don't drink alcohol but paid more because of the 1 package. A wristband would solve that option.

Housekeeping was not to the standard of 5 star resort My three rooms was not cleaned many times. I had to call reception and housekeeping for that matter and I made a complaint with the duty manager but still no response .

Working staff amazing in the front desk restaurant and lobby They offered us to stay at the kingdom hotel which was grat and my kids loved it As Some of my family having allergy to gluten the chefs were trying their best to make gluten free food The front desk manager fatih. Fatima and the lady from Philippines LOVELY were all wonderful

Absolutely nothing - it was great

Customer service was exemplary. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. They went above and beyond our expectations. They listen and cater for your small needs. I would come back again. The food choice was immense, healthy options and fresh. The place was so clean, vibrant and great live music evenings. They even had a Costa where you can pick up drinks all day. Loved every minute. Aylin Aali was great x

I wasn’t able to order my own taxi. Taxis in Antalya are usually a scam, and this is the main thing that can ruin your whole vacation there. For this reason, I only use a trusted app, it uses the same yellow taxis, but the drivers are rated, and support can help resolve any issues. I also received big discounts in the app for card payments. The hotel staff told me they wouldn’t allow any outside taxi to enter and that I had to use their taxi service. This is probably a good policy in 99% of cases to protect tourists from being scammed. But what if I speak Turkish and have no problem communicating with the driver, or like in my case I needed to pay by card through the app, and their taxi driver wasn’t listed there?

The location is great, not far from the city center, with big and comfortable rooms. The water in the bathroom is soft, probably filtered as water in Antalya is usually hard. The service is excellent. There's a good minibar and fresh juice at the vitamin bar. The main restaurant has a cool concept: gluten-free and healthy products are clearly marked and placed in a separate area. Beautiful lifts. At the bar, you can order any cocktail, even make up your own and the bartender will mix it for you.

It is an amazing hotel. The hotel provides you with a bottler from day one to help you with everything you need. Hilmi was very helpful from check-in to check out. They also have AI chatbot that helps with all basic needs. Meat Restaurants at the hotel is amazing too. Make sure to book in advance. The level of care they provide to children is alas great.

Our stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya was truly beyond expectations! The food was outstanding ,fresh, high-quality, and full of variety at every meal. There were amazing programs for both kids and adults, with fun activities, sports, and entertainment every day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Everything was well-organized, clean, and designed for comfort and fun. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience ,can’t wait to come back!
