How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewIt is a small resort, unlike the resorts in Lara or Belek which are much bigger, but had a large food variety and the all-inclusive package (including drinks and ice-creams) was great for the kids. The proximity to the beach was also a plus point, though it was a 5 minute walk to the area reserved for the hotel at the Konyaalti beach. The free shuttle bus to the Land of Legends and entry was a big plus point, though it was a 35-40 minute drive there (on the way back in the evening, it took us 1.5 hours due to the traffic). Nonetheless, it was good to have this option.
1. The rooms and bathrooms were very old and in need of renovation (looked like a 3 star or, at best, 4 star facility). 2. The diversity of food at the restaurant was impressive, but the quality was not that of a 5 star resort. They need to improve their food standards, as quantity of food is meaningless if the quality is not good. 3. The housekeeping and maintenance staff could not understand or speak English, which was a bit inconvenient. 4. The pool water was salty and not very clean.

Verified reviewStayed here with my father for a total of 10 days. Great place. The choice of food is excellent. The facilities are beautiful. The beach club is a short walk away and it's nice and pretty. The sea view is fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. Should we ever come back to Antalya we'd be staying here again. Special thank you to Yunus at the reception desk. That upgrade to rooms with the sea view did make a difference to our daily experience.

Verified reviewVery good hotel , amazing Spa & gym. Access to the beach with shuttle service. It includes all facilities to spend a nice vacation. Restaurants, cafes, sports, beach, spa, pool, gym, entertainment, etc… the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Especially the guest relations. Land of legends is a must visit and staying at Rixos gives you free entrance and free play. This is a great add on. Huge buffet with lots of varieties of foods The hotel is huge and you can chose among lot of options where to spend your time.
It is a very busy hotel during summer season The majority of residents are families along with their kids so it can be very noisy in the lobbies , restaurants and common areas. So if you are searching for a calm stay it might be tough to cope with crowded spaces. Also given the big number of families and kids, hotel can put more effort in cleaning.

There should be a soft drink option for the all inclusive as we don't drink alcohol but paid more because of the 1 package. A wristband would solve that option.

Housekeeping was not to the standard of 5 star resort My three rooms was not cleaned many times. I had to call reception and housekeeping for that matter and I made a complaint with the duty manager but still no response .
