JapanThere were no guide book about the hotel. So It's not easy to get the hotel's facilities. Also there were many mosqitoes in even early spring. So we couldn' t sleep easily.
The location was very good! And the hotel did that the room was grade up! The staffs were very kind and send near spot by their car without charges.

The complex is right by the ocean and every where you turn you have the maginifient sea view. The apartment is decorated with elegance and style. I told them I want to live there lol. It is also very close to Yalikavak Marina where you can find high end restaurants, luxury shops and supermarket, old town center with mini shops etc. Cigdem the manager was super nice she took care of all my needs booked me cabs when I needed, hooked me up with a local beauty salon. I am definitely going back for a longer vacation.

The bars and food were all closed for the season despite them advertising as open. They then started dismantling every with drilling and lots of noise. Not relaxing in the slightest.

The walls were dirty, the wooden beams were half-detached, the cabinets had scratches and graffiti, and the price tag was still on the sink. The bathroom was so tiny that you couldn't even turn around. I've never seen such a small bathroom in a so-called top hotel. The corners were filthy, and the room was advertised as 75 square meters, but it was barely 12 square meters. The furnishings were the cheapest possible. Upon arrival, I was told that the pool and beach were not part of the hotel but belonged to the neighboring hotel, and we would have to pay extra to use them. After complaining, we were allowed to use these areas. The hotel has no reception; there is just one lady to greet you and assist. After checking in, I wanted to leave immediately and get a refund. Of course, they refused to give my money back. I caused such a fuss that they eventually gave me 200€ in cash, which doesn't make up for the experience. The reviews cannot be real. After thorough research, I found reviews on Instagram and other platforms that describe the same issues. Some people have lost thousands of Euros! The owner is apparently in Bali, just trying to make quick money, knowing people will leave the hotel. I'm very disappointed that Booking.com hasn't verified this hotel; it's a scam. Please do not book this hotel and avoid making the same mistake!

The place was nice. Cigdem was great host and tried to do everything she can to make our stay pleasant. She advised us where to eat and how to move.

Kuwaitworst experience I’ve had and a waste of money, there is no gym, there is no spa, there is no front desk and there is no pool the pool you see on the picture is not for the hotel it’s for a different hotel, and the villa was very dirty and lots of bugs.
