No major negatives but for future guests - Be aware that it's a 20-25 minute downhill walk to the closest restaurants on the other side of the harbour, most of which are over-priced. The return walk quite steep! - Bathrooms small, they had run out of shower gel(and shower seal not very effective) . - Drinks at the hotel are expensive and it is forbidden to bring food or drink in from outside. - The rooftop bar opening times not clear but when it is open, music is loud! - Room 104 has no sea view, is not as well maintained and should probably be cheaper.

The staff are great, particularly Firat, who was endlessly cheerful, kind and helpful. The setting of the hotel means it has great views and is relatively quiet. The balcony was large and perfect for lounging. The bed was comfortable. The little beach area is a few minutes walk away ... sunbeds and parasols on a pier - very pretty. Breakfast very traditional Turkish - and large.

The location was far from the city center , the beach was closed during the time we stayed , had to get taxi everyday to go to beach 30 min far from hotel , there was no stores and restaurants around the hotel , hotel restaurant was not good to order dinner and launch , we had just breakfast

No sense to choose the hotel if you don't have a car or if you don't want to order a taxi every time you go out. The hotel is quite abandoned from all the main places. The restaurant is upstairs and you have to walk outside which is unpleasant in case of a bad weather. You also have to put on your warm outfit in case it's cool outside also not to freeze inside the restaurant since it's mostly summer-oriented

This is a small boutique hotel with a nice , cosy territory. The rooms are tidy and nicely designed. There is almost everything you need in the room including tea and coffee. Personnel was very helpful. They met us at a front door upon our arrival. Breakfast is served on a terrace with a magnificent view on a Marmaray sea and Greece Irelands. The breakfast itself is very nice. The best thing about breakfast as it starts at 9am and ends at 24.00:)))) Since we,ve been visiting in Jan the price for our stay was ridiculously low)

We had some issuese by payment in this hotel. while by reservation was clearly written they take just Cash .. before we arrived they took our money from credit card and we ended up with lot of cash and blocked credit card because of volume so we couldnt rent car so we had to pay us taxi. but in the end situation was solved.. by leaving we still payed all by cash and after 2 more they we had our money back on credit card.

Breakfast was in form of small tappas...lot of different toppings, coffe tea juice...was very nice. :) .every day lil small differences and variations. Views and place is very nice beautiful and in time when we were there sort of quite.. its not bad to come lil after season..not really weather for swimming (not even in swimming pool/ was super cold) but to enjoy its really nice.. you must count with sort of windy weather conditions in this area. Personal was nice and helpfull, roomservice was also good and they have nice smell system in hotel lobby as well in breakfast area.. We recomend this place for nice romantic holidays

However, the negatives far, far outweigh the positives… Cleaning once in 2 days.. 1 bottle of water free during stay. wtf man, it costs you like €0.05 to provide 1 bottle for free daily. Weird vibe in hotel (as if youre being watched). I have a feeling the owner is a jerk, which reflects on the staff. Ridicilious euro prices for consumption (water 3€ wtf it costs €0.2 outside). Also, bringing in consumption from outside (even water), will result in a €25 fine if youre caught (lmao). Beach was closed (huh?), but other guests said it is non existent. The bathroom (and also location in general) STINKS LIKE SHIT. The plumbing is horrible, prepare for smelling shit everywhere when there is a slight breeze outside. Lastly, they charged my card TL at booking for fx rate 36.5 (cost me already extra 2% CC commission because they didnt charge EUR). Then at checkout they tried to scam me by saying they made a mistake while charging my card and that I needed to pay 1000TL extra. They kept saying fx was the same when they charged it in august, but after i pointed out the 1000TL difference was exactly the amount due to FX rate rising to 37.5, they caved and said “oh i thought you paid during entry”. Which makes no sense since they said that they checked fx rates during payment.

Clean rooms, nicely furnished. Pool area is nice (but loses sun around 5PMish). Breakfast is okay. Sufficient free parking but can be an issue if the hotel is full (youll need to park uphill otherwise). They brought breakfast to out room when my wife was sick, which was very nice of them.

As the hotel is situated on the hill, it is not very convenient. Although the hotel has cars, the owner of the hotel seems less than enthusiastic to provide such service to the guests.

Although quite new, there are some details running down, like loose sockets, missing tiles in the pool, some details of the design not well executed. But nothing serious to makes us have a bad experience. Maybe a blanket will be useful, autumn in Dalyan is quite cold.

Location is fabulous (ask for room 202), staff is very friendly and helpful, amenities were great and pool very nice. We were allowed to use the pool several hours after checkout, much appreciated. Breakfast is very good quality, they cook anything you want, but most important, breakfast has no time limit.
