How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

My only suggestion is that you can move the lock of the outside door at the bottom entrance a little higher.😊
The location of the property is great, the staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean.

The rooftop could be improved by creating a more functional common area with a proper kitchen. It would be a great spot for travelers to relax and socialize.
The best part was the curtains on the bunk beds, offering privacy. The bed was clean, and you can rent towels for 50 lira. The hostel is located right in the middle of the old town, central to everything. It is easily accessible by bus, and the Migros supermarket is just 300 meters away. The price is reasonable for a hostel in this area.

This hostel was a bit overpriced and not particularly social. It would be good if they made the upstairs seating arrangement more communal.
This hostel is extremely clean, beds have curtains for privacy and there’s a kitchen and nice balcony at the top. Staff are available 24/7 and helpful 😊 location is great!

Sometimes the shower water is not hot enough but not really an issue
Clean, Conveniently located,in the centre, walking distance to the minibus stations that can bring you to kayakoy/oludeniz. Very kind and accommodating staffs that help with lagguages and very informative about fethiye and activities around the area Highly recommended Special shoutout to Mert, who was friendly and helpful throughout my stay!

You do need to ask for temperature to be changed. The area where the lobby is at, is kept very cold, but the 6 bed hostel needs to be set colder, because the privacy curtains, when closed maintain heat. They were extremely nice when we requested the change. The bathrooms need cleaning by 4 or 5 pm. So many people using 2 toilets
I liked being near to all the cafes, marina, restaurants, music venues. Though it's a hostel, it has privacy curtains

kitchen area very small
reception onsite 24 hours. female dorm right next to reception so felt safe. female dorm had shower, toilet and sinks directly connected to the dorm. poor lighting in bathroom area but seemed pretty clean. roof top sitting area was very nice

Really nice place to feel at home. Location is nice, people are friendly and helpful. When i arrived it smelled so fresh and clean that made me really happy . For the best experiences just connect with the people there. Will definitely come back for another trip.

All was cool!
Great hostel in the heart of Fethiye! Spacious rooms, large beds, and a lovely rooftop kitchen—perfect for chatting and socializing with other guests. The rooms are super comfortable, with daily cleaning and additional items like towels and padlocks available at very affordable prices. The overall atmosphere is fantastic! I am especially thankful to the staff, particularly Mert, the day receptionist. He is kind, generous, and professional, always ready to help with advice and suggestions. Mert has a wonderful approach to every guest and is always there to listen and assist.

The light sensor in the toilet was uncomfortable,
Hostel is very comfortable and clean. Kitchen is very functional. The breakfast was not excellent, but satisfactory. Personal is friendly. Location is excellent. Veranda is good with nice mountain view.

We loved our stay at Sakura. The room was beautiful and stylish, clean, bright and with all comforts. The location was perfect, in the old town close to all the pretty shops, restaurants and few minutes from the harbour. The terrace was also lovely, but the true highlight was the man at recepection, super helpful, accomodating and a great fun to talk to. We felt like home and can't wait to visit again. Can't recommend enoght!

Clean, friendly staff, great location, felt safe as a female solo traveller. Spacious dorm with bunk bed and the curtain for privacy was a real plus. Provided me with an additional blanket on request for no additional fee which was really lovely. Spacious communal bathroom and separate showers.

I booked the suite and it was big, comfortable and calm. The staff are super nice and friendly. Added to that perfect location the dolmus station is around the corner, 10-15 mins to the bus station, 3 mins to the marina..

Love the hostel! The beds had privacy curtains which was a major plus for me. There was aircon in the rooms, a balcony and they provided a clothes horse to dry laundry and towels which was super convenient. It’s placed right in the middle of the old town markets and the guy working at the front desk was super helpful with giving recommendations for activities and restaurants.

We had a minor inconvenience with the WiFi, but overall, it was a great experience.
The hostel's location is excellent, situated in the old town of Fethiye, with all major points of interest within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities. The service was great, and the receptionists were very helpful.
