That we had to leave and return home

From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The facilities were absolutely spotless, creating a calm and luxurious atmosphere. The massage was incredible—one of the best we've ever had—and left us feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. We truly loved every moment and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and rejuvenating Turkish bath experience.

The nature around the hotel is extremely beautiful. The staff is extremely helpful and fantastic. It is superb clean. Despite the fact that it has an architecture of 90s; you don’t feel and see anything as if very old. The night entertainment was very good. But anytime, anywhere in the hotel; the main star is its staff 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The beach is pebbled, and there is also a pier that may be closed when the waves are particularly strong. Water shoes are recommended, as entering the sea barefoot can be uncomfortable. The animation team could be more engaging and involved. While most bartenders adhered to proper hygiene practices, a few were observed not following them, which was disappointing.

Absolutely loved this hotel and everything about it – from the organisation, cleanliness, and facilities to the food, staff, game/play areas, rooms, and views! I was genuinely disappointed that we could not stay longer, as we were only passing through. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean – just like the rest of the facilities and the beach. A special appreciation goes to the kitchen staff for their hard work and the exquisite, delicious food – a wonderful selection of canapés, various meats, fish, seafood, salads, vegan options, and desserts. Everything was amazing! Our sincere thanks also go to the waiters who looked after us so kindly in the main restaurant’s small balcony area, as well as in the snack bar and the steakhouse. We also really enjoyed the café and loved relaxing in the evenings with signature cocktails and live music. We were pleasantly surprised and reassured to see that most of the bartenders prepared drinks in accordance with proper hygiene standards, using tongs instead of touching with their hands the ice, garnishes, and other ingredients such as lemon slices or straws. A truly memorable experience!

Amazing location and property. Beach and pool areas were spacious and never felt crowded. Loved the adults only area and could go into the family side for the slides and other activity if you wanted to. Appreciate that the people under 16 could not access the adult side. The opera night entertainment was amazing and worth seeing. Food and drinks were great and catered for all tastes.

Would have liked detailed labels on all food in buffet e.g. what type of meat used in the dishes because most staff dont have good working English.

The adult entertainment was a bit boring! And the spa really tries to sell you things, which was a bit annoying.

The architecture of the main building in the only for adult zone has the only one entrance, so you need to use an emergency exit or to go around all the long building

Aircon in the room took a long time to kick in, the partner hotel had a DJ playing into the night where the bass levels were unnecessary and could be heard from our room

The hotel grounds are spacious and green, very well-maintained. It's a peaceful, secluded spot with only one hotel in the area, which makes it feel private. The food is excellent, and everything about the stay was really enjoyable. A great experience overall! My picky BF said there is nothing to complain about :)

The loud music from the stage blasting right at our room. It did stop at 11pm but it wasn't very restful. Everyone hated the opera night. Also on the family side of the resort the DJ music was just pure cheese every night. I think they could have had one or two nights that didn't feature the macarena or 'it's raining men'. There is so much more to dance music!

Lovely relaxing holiday. Beautiful pools. You can get food and drinks ordered to your sun lounger wherever you are. The food is amazing. Wide range of activities - we did Aqua Gym every day. We also really loved the water park. We loved the dance shows in the amphitheatre I just wish there had been something on there every night. Overall a lovely peaceful holiday with plenty of sun and floating in lilos that was just what we needed to recharge after a stressful few months. Would also really recommend a trip up the nearby Babadag cable car. If you just want to chill out in a beautiful location you can't go wrong here. Our room was very nice and clean. Also the a la carte restaurants were amazing - really some food that I will never forget. There were so many different places to sit and chill out and it never felt crowded on the adult side. October was a perfect time to go if you like it warm but not boiling. Beautiful sunsets, wonderful memories.
