Walls weren’t to good you can hear other people talking from floor and if they were talking a bit loud from other rooms you could hear too Sleeping Bed was to noisy even if you moved a little bit

The breakfast is very generous, but you can't choose. If you stay more than one night, you'll get tired of eating the same thing all the time. I'd rather have a buffet.

Loved this hotel, you can’t beat the location. The staff were super friendly & helpful. Room was large & the bed was so comfortable. We paid for a Turkish breakfast one day & it was incredible, so much food. The views from the restaurant & the Terrace are unbeatable, but it can get a little busy with all the picture taking at the bird feeding, but those views are just unbelievable. Highly recommend this hotel & I hope we get to stay again sometime in the future. I still dream about our stay there.

It was a short birthday trip, but it left unforgettable memories — largely thanks to the hotel and its amazing staff. Special thanks to the receptionist Gerkan, who was extremely polite and friendly. He helped with early check-in, decorated the room, arranged a taxi, and assisted with small requests. All the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Gerkan, Fatima, and Erhan. The hotel is located in the heart of the historic city, with all major attractions within walking distance. It’s a clean and cozy place with excellent service. A huge bonus is the rooftop restaurant, which offers delicious food and a stunning view — perfect for taking beautiful photos without even leaving the hotel.

On this visit, our room was in a new extended part of the hotel & the wifi was slow. This was not a problem last time we visited when we were in the main building.

The location is superb, a short walking distance to all the key sites in the Sultanahmet area (Blue Mosque, Ayasofya, Basilica Cistern & the Topkapi Palace. The view from the restaurant is exceptional. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed here 2 years ago, and many of the staff were the same, so nice to see them again. Our room was large and comfortable.

The only drawback is that the bathroom was a bit outdated and certainly is in the need of renovation. The plumbing was terrible. Water would sit in the tub for quite some time before draining.

The hotel is located in the prime neighborhood. 5 min walk to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Famous for it seagull feedings, the views from the rooftop restaurant are breathtaking. We stayed in a presidential suite with a huge balcony that had a glimpse of Hagia Sophia. Every morning I enjoyed a cup of coffee there and listened to the birds singing before heading for the grand Turkish breakfast at the rooftop. I must say the amount of food you get for two people is incredible. You can easily feed four with it. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Thank you, guys. I borrowed an iron and the maid let me keep it for our entire stay.

That we hadn’t booked for a longer stay.

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with this hotel. The staff are exceptionally charming and helpful…for example, my husband left his bag on the plane, we were tired after taking an overnight flight and the concierge immediately sprung into action, calling lost property at the airport, liaising with them in Turkish on our behalf…and again later in the day…until it was all sorted out. Just amazing customer service above and beyond what you would ever expect. All the staff were so warm and welcoming - a special hello to lovely Fatima who greeted me like a family member. The hotel itself is in an unbeatable location between the 2 main mosques and all the key sights of the historical district. The room itself was extremely comfortable with no attention to detail spared, fittings and bedding all good quality, we slept so well. We had dinner on the terrace one evening and the swordfish kebabs were just delicious. The cocktails were wonderful and staff extremely professional, friendly and helpful. We ordered the special breakfast one morning and it is a feast for the eyes and tummy. Definitely one for instagram fans too. I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is, but don’t take my word for it - see for yourself. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The location of the Seven Hills Hotel is great. We were made feel very welcome by staff Giorkam, Fatima & Kadir. We booked for dinner at rooftop restaurant; again exceptional service & wonderful sunset & nightlight views of Istanbul. We had breakfast included with our booking. A true turkish feast beautifully presented & served.

Check in staff and bag piryrts were incredible. Loved the free baggage storage during our transit days. Perfect location, rooftop views incredible. Shoer early morning stroll to Blue Mosque and local attractions before the area was filled with street vendors and tourists groups. Best cheese sumit in Turkiye.
