Our only issue was the smell of the bathroom/shower. We are not sure if it was because some work was being done, but there was sometimes a strong sewage smell. Thankfully, closing the door was enough for it not to smell in the room.

The location was good and the room was very comfortable and clean. The people were also really nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The hotel is nice and cozy. The rooms are very nice, new, and clean. Their size is very good for a solo traver and good enough for a couple. The bed is very comfortable as well. The location of the hotel is very convenient with the Tophane tramway station 2 minutes away and all the karaköy pubs and restaurants around. The staff are very helpful and eager to work. The amount I paid for this hotel was worth the stay.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. The hosts gave me the taxi number to book our airport transfer. We would thoroughly recommend this to anyone wishing for a quiet break.

We had what we wanted for breakfast each day and had the option of lots of local pubs restaurants if needed. Great choice of venues to eat and drink all with friendly staff. Everybody was very helpful.

The staff, the location (very close to the tourist atractions, great restaurants nearby and the pedestrian bosphorus shore line + museums of modern art). Clean, tiddy. We spend 6 days. Definitely we recomend.

The hotel is very nice, looks ery fresh and clean. Location in Karakoy is perfect. Close to Istikal street, close to the pier and bridge, with loads of restaurants nearby. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a gem in the heart of Karakoy. There is nothing more to be desired, everything was perfect, from amenities and cleanliness, value for money and most of all the staff. Next time we will not even consider other options for accommodation.

Hotel is new. Everything is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Well located. Pedestrian streets very close. Lots of caffe and restaurants very close to hotel. We left our luggage after checking out at the front desk (we tour the city much comfortable just with our small backpacks). They offer a complimentary caffe or tea with some snacks for breakfast.

The pillows weren't particularly comfortable, but I imagine that's a matter of personal preference.

The area is lovely, and the location is perfect for visiting the city. Our room was clean and cozy. Loved the big shower; the water pressure was great. The cleaner left us complimentary bottles of water every day, which was appreciated.

Very good location, very clean room. They don't have breakfast but they serve mini buns, coffee and tea. İt is complimentary service. Staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful, especially we thank to Emre for his amazing hospitality and friendly service. He knows everything about the city and replied our all questions as a guide. He helped us so much. Everything was fine. If we return to İstanbul we will stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location in Karaköy is super convenient. The property has been recently renovated, so everything feels fresh, clean, and modern. The staff were really nice and welcoming, always happy to help with recommendations or any questions. For the price, it’s an absolute steal—excellent value for money. The pastries at breakfast were delicious and as a lovely touch, they even gave us a beautiful souvenir at the end of our stay. Would definitely come back!
