1- To get 2 Entry card for your room you should make complain and arrgument with receptianist staff , they only offered 1 card for 2 person. 2- you should check the F&B bills before sign ,since the price not as clarify in their menu through the QR manu ??!! at the end they apoligies and correct all bills. 3- It is semi open buffet breakfast you should requested alot of things are not available on the table like ,jouces,eggs, ham,salami , hoddog ...,etc.

Nice resort , near to the city center by car ,face the see but not on the beach .

We spent four days at Soliport Hotel & SPA in Alaçatı with family and friends and really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent—close to everything yet peaceful, with easy access to both the marina and the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was fine, but with a little more variety and flavor, it could match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. Overall, a lovely place to stay!

The location is close to Marina and a beach, but it is very difficult to walk anywhere except Marina. Taxi is not very reliable and they usually serve luxury taxis to the hotel which are a nit expensive. It’s like having a car is necessary if you are willing to go anywhere. Though hotel food being great might, you can always stay at the hotel for meals.

Food was great, both complimentary breakfast and their restaurant service. Facilities were clean. House cleaning came early in the morning when we were at breakfast and our room always stayed clean. Staff was very friendly but also polite and professional. We spent a lot of time at the pool and it was very nice too. The location was quiet and had a great view.

The location is perfect you get a view of the marina because it’s over the hill. It’s a few minutes walk to a small marina and there are some cafes and restaurants there and a supermarket. The pool is perfect and the staff made us feel so welcome this is definitely the hotel I will choose when I come back I wouldn’t even think of trying something else it was just perfect. They cleaned the rooms well and everything we asked for they delivered.

There is an exciting view on the sea from the room. My son enjoyed swimming pool a lot. And I have to say that breakfasts are pretty good.

Beyond the expectations, much much better than the photos. Fresh , new, clean, amazing design, everything is done with the taste, service is perfect - everyone is so friendly. Breakfast is amazing! With the beautiful view Overall couldn’t be more happy about this choice and will definitely come back here!

The spa was not open and is managed by different company.

The facility was great and the best thing is that they provide parking if you are traveling with a car. However be aware there is limited car spots so maybe message in advance. The staff were very helpful and their communication is great. The facility is brand new and clean. The breakfast is outstanding, delicious and plenty of food.

Great location close to windsurfing spot. Great breakfast and excellent restaurants in the area (don’t expect low prices though…). Nice rooms, comfortable beds and good size pool.

Pillows weren't great, lots of steps may be an issue for some although the staff would run you up in a buggy without a problem.

Frankly, it’s an under rated place. This hotel has a wonderful sea view, a very friendly and kind staff. The food is good, if you love Turkish breakfast, this place will be suitable for you. Another point, this hotel was calm, clean and appeasing. I personally enjoyed my stay.

They have a proper coffee machine but no barista who knows how to use it. Lack of English is a problem everywhere in the area including the hotel.

The F&B offer during lunch and dinner wasn’t that great. Wanted a fresh juice in the afternoon which wasn’t available. Limited variety of Beers. Below comment’s are not related to Hotel . The road leading to the hotel from main road wasn’t very good , very uneven . ( about 1 KM) Public beach area near hotel wasn’t very clean & smelly.

Property is an excellent location to stay in Alacati, which is a very busy city. Though its few minutes drive away from old city it’s perfectly located with the view of waterfront marina and a small beach access few minutes walking distance. Hotel rooms were very spacious and well equipped. Kept clean . Helpful staff always willing to offer help and make your stay comfortable. Very nice large swimming pool open till late night. All rooms have a balcony that can be used in shade after 10 AM . Excellent breakfast spread, with hot dishes too. Beautiful lobby tastefully decorated. Large SPA good massage therapists. Especially mention of front office staff Mustafa , who went out of his way to help me when my car had a flat tyre. Most of the staff can speak English. Opposite hotel is a Marina and it hosts several restaurants and supermarket. Though the it seems a bit costly , if you are clever enough to pick right dishes , you can have a delicious meal in a lovely elegant setting ! ( with fish swimming under your tables ! )

Would have liked to see more kids options for breakfast when the buffet is not on such as pancakes.

Friendly and prompt staff, clean and spotless and has great facilities. Not far away from beaches and alacati old centre but in a quiet location walking distance to the marina. The breakfast was lovely. The room was comfortable and the Turkish hamam and sauna was nice. Our four year old enjoyed both swimming in the adult and kids pool.
