Wish our room was a little higher and had a better view for a suite level

The rooftop terrace to watch the balloons is exactly as pictured - they even have a fake breakfast out to allow the insta photos! And the Turkish breakfast was delicious!! Lots of options to choose from. We also did the kings valley breakfast through the hotel which was really fun and interesting. Also the shower was AMAZING in the room!!

Sultan Caves Hotel was simply unforgettable. It offered the most stunning view of the balloons, the room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was among the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant also served exceptional food, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for experiencing the magic of Cappadocia! romantic and unique in every way.

Sultan Cave Suites is the kind of place you stay at once and rave out forever. The property is stunning and peaceful. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner are traditional but still have something for everyone, and were some of the best food we had on our trip. The kind staff helped us book airport transfers and tours seamlessly. They made our experience. We stayed in the fairy chimney suite, which I cannot recommend more! The experience was one of a kind. After a long day of exploring the underground city, staying in a fairy chimney and being incredibly comfortable is the perfect experience.

The staff were great , always helpful and the turn around time for our requests was fit for royalty. We were well taken care of. The hotel has great views (as seen in the pictures on booking.com) it is within a walking distance of the town. Everyone should stay here at least once in their life time

The staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful and available. Great to talk to! And when my wife was admiring the staff outfits (pants) and asked where she could find something similar, they offered one of their own from the office. SO thoughtful and generous !!!

Restaurant for dinner is open to everyone, is very popular and there is no booking option even for hotel guests so you just have to wait in line. We managed to eat there once in a four night stay but weren’t prepared to wait an hour for a table.

All you could wish for in a cave hotel. Rooms were unique, hotel was filled with picture perfect nooks and crannies, millions of staff to meet your every need. A memorable stay.

The many stairs… but I understand that it can’t be any different! Would be great if we had the option of choice of a room with less stairs as I had a knee replacement… maybe ask future guests about it or mention it when they book.

The hotel is very well situated with the best view of the hot air balloons. All staff went out of their way to fulfill any requests we had. I have to mention Sera in reception who went the extra mile to help me with the car rental company… You are a super star… thanks again!

The only small downside was that the shower space was a bit too small; taller or broader individuals might find it quite cramped for movement. This might be due to our room type (we stayed in the Fairy Chimney Suite room). Also, our room didn’t have air conditioning; it wasn’t hot, but a bit stuffy. The plastic fan provided some help, but I think the fan’s quality and taste could be improved.

The view from the rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning! The overall atmosphere is very beautiful, and breakfast is rich and delicious. The restaurant offers an excellent panoramic view! All staff members, are very friendly and welcoming. Additionally, we enjoyed access to another pool and Garden within the hotel group, which was an amazing bonus! We truly enjoyed our stay here. We participated in the “KING'S VALLEY MORNING TOUR & ORGANIC BREAKFAST!” and loved it! Our guide, Shams Aliyeva was very enthusiastic and friendly, Explain the attractions and history to us in detail. We also had a great time chatting, very grateful for her guidance.

They gave a room that was 1m from a building / renovation site. I only realised this after i had already unpacked my suitcases. I could not open my side curtain, and the noise lever was off the charts. I did complain the next morning and was offered another room but with only 1 night left I declined.

The staff and location of the Hotel is great. I loved the interiors and the styling and being there made me feel very special and part of the old world charm. The breakfast is one of the best ones I have ever had in a Hotel. The offering and choice was superb.
