Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. RussiaThe hotel needs maintenance, some amenities are in a rough shape, and they would not require a lot of effort or money to fix. To name a few, we had furniture drawers with no handles, damaged flooring, electric sockets falling out from the walls, torn bed sheets, poor lighting, wobbly toilet seat, damaged doors, etc. The rooms are pretty small. Soundproofing is not there at all. You will hear everyone, and everyone will hear you. The breakfast is modest. It would be great if they added at least omlet or fried eggs and porridge. My parants had tea in their room, but no kettle. Common sense was not there.
Central location, close to the historical landmarks and to the tram ststion. We got lucky and we were given rooms on the top 5th floor where the view is very beautiful and authentic the mattress are very good, firm and thick, big plus fot this! The room has a safe and they provide bottled water every day. The hotel alao has a nice restaurant which has matching or better prices that the neighboring restaurants. Transfer from/to the airport was good. The hotel has an elevator, which is handy as one of our family members is in a wheelchair, although, at the very entrance, there are 3 steps with no ramp or lift but the staff was always ready to assist as much as possible.

RomaniaBreakfast is recommended to be changed daily, you can't eat the same food. The furniture that needs to be changed including the flooring. You don't have much space in the room. The air conditioning is poorly positioned. Parking is paid separately and they set the price on the spot; you can find cheaper options elsewhere if you are patient.
Very close to tourist attractions including a tram station and the staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning is done every day. 15 minutes on foot to the Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet

GeorgiaWell, I booked two triple rooms, but they gave us two double rooms with an extra bed. When I informed them that this was not what I had booked, they attempted to deceive me by claiming that it was actually a triple room. I presented them with the booking pictures, but they apologized and said there was nothing they could do. After that, the man from our group spoke to them, and they eventually changed the room. I had a feeling that they were not taking my complaint seriously because I was a woman.

AustriaThe furniture might need an upgrade, as it is quite older. Also, the chairs at the restaurant were a little torn out, and the staff could clean up the tables faster to make more space for the other people eating breakfast.
The staff was very friendly and helped us arrange a dinner cruise with a traditional Turkish show and dinner. The breakfast was served between 07:30 and 10:30, ideal for early people and longer sleepers. The breakfast was varied, healthy and overall good. The room was clean and had air conditioner. Overall you receive what you pay for, compared to other places in Istanbul.
